Mutton curry in the cooker recipe details in english :
Ingredients:
mutton-1/2 Kg
oil - 50ml
Onion - 2
tomatoes - 2
curry leaf - 2 layers
coriander - little
mirchi - 6
Masala paste - 1 spoon
turmeric - 1 small spoon
mirchi powder - 1 1/2 big spoon
Recipe:
**Turn on the stove and add the oil
add mirchi
add curryleaf
add onion
add turmeric
add masala paste
Add tomatoes let it sit for 2 mins by closing the lid
add mutton mirchi powder and let it sit for 5 mins
Add 650 ml of water and mix and close the lid
Wait untill 4 whistles come from the cooker
Open it and add some salt
Close the lid for 5 to 7 minutes
Finally open lid and add the coriander leaves
now turn off the stove
**SERVE THE TASTY MUTTON CURRY**
