Hello, I hope you & your family had a great Easter! Your painting is absolutely gorgeous! Such beautiful colors! I used that paint technique on a skull head from DT & it turned out so neat looking! I did not use any kind of medium but I will definitely invest in getting some. It is going in the center of a wreath I'm working on for my client. TYFS - This turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I have to be 🙄 honest, after watching you brush off the excess foil with the large brush, I was very puzzled 🤨 as to why you used the smallest brush for the mod podge 🤦🏻♀️🤭🤷🏻♀️. Especially when you then said it would leave brush strokes. Yes, I know, ridiculous comment considering how wonderful the end result was. I do apologize, just couldn’t stop myself from typing it in 🤦🏻♀️. I really do look forward to seeing your videos, even if I’m baffled occasionally 🤔. Please stay safe 😷👍🏻😊
Thank you! So I basically grabbed whatever clean brush I had on hand and hoped that since the mod podge dries clear that the lines wouldn't be visible. I also thought the small brush would be easier to go around the foil pieces on there. The lines aren't really noticeable unless you look closely but I wanted to point out a better way now that I've done it... a foam brush would probably be best. Hope that helps!!

Love the metallic leaf detail! I thought the pouring medium was suppose to leave a high gloss finish. I've never done it myself but looks like fun.

100 percent! Use a foam brush if you have one, I ran out 🥴
