the change is great, it was annoying when a solo player would lock all 3 within the first minute of the game, if you didnt have a scorcher you had no chance to get one.
Did they stop the last ruin shot theft?? That was also a problem. Two or more players arrive at the same triangle. The final one shot granted the triangle to that player.
I always go to T3 to take all triangles rewards just to go to T1 o T2 and drop to some team. I hated at first those greedy players with scorcher and tombstone that stole all rewards for them selves
You don’t have to activate them to open the DA. You just walk up to where the orb spawns in and you can offer your item even if all the triangles are done.
I never even thought of shooting all the runes before activating each triangle. Ive always done one at a time, and if I got all three I considered it lucky that the rest of the lobby wasn't interested in tier 3 that run. So for me it's no change. I tend to only do triangle runs every 6 matches once my stash/craftable is used up and I want to prep for a DA run. Id support a cool down and once per player/team option. I have also dropped for other players as well, and been dropped to. Zombie community its mostly positive! Ive never experienced the contract grab and run in a game yet though. Thats wild!

The change makes it a little more fair for other players, but triangle respawn after cool down would be better, especially if you haven't done a triangle that game. As far as the rogue HVT's, I saw one in my game last night. I figured a player got overwhelmed and bailed on trying to kill. It never occurred to me someone could have activated a bounty and left for the purpose of free essence. In a busy T3, I could see someone activating it, getting sidetracked or geared up, then do the contract. I suppose any of these explanations are possible. I won't be killing rogue HVT's anymore
I doubt the person is expecting you to take out the bounty for them. A lot of people take the contract and go get something they need so that they don't lose the contract because they put a lot of the people that play in tier 3 in the same lobby, so you will never get a contract if you don't take it right away. I see a few TH-camrs do that because they will have 10+ people in tier 3, and if you don't take a contract right away, you are just racing other teams to pick up a contract.
maybe.... but i played a game with a team last night and there was a solo guy on a mega bomb contract that really couldn't do it on his own. that player followed us around the whole game after we helped him kill it.
Earl I tested this out yesterday and even when finishing a triangle, you cannot start another right away. There’s a cool down period. So there’s more even more opportunity for the non scorcher folks to take their time to get to t3 and get the triangle. I have video proof of my testing method.
im super glad they did this bc theres been times ive gone into a game and ppl will just scorch over there and do all 3 and just gate keep it had gotten to the point i just stopped going to t3
They should have these like the relics for the rift easter eggs...u can do it once a match and everyone else has that opportunity as well...but only once per person/squad per match

My guess. He cleared the area. You get a decent amount of time before spawn reset. You stick to rooftops and you can have a 🍹 and hang out. Once you hit the deck spawns begin and can seem to happen right on top of you.
It's also the people who dupe everything. They offer a refined and an epic tool most times now. The flawless and the legenday tool will only be available every few games. All the toxic people on mw3 were the toxic ones in mw2 dmz.
I found one of the triangles by random chance on my 4th game (im new to mwz) i had no idea what it was but i did see the 3 symbol talismans, i was able to shoot all 3 but i had no idea what it did. Glad i found this video!
I was wondering why I went into tier 3 with like 10 minutes left there was still a triangle that hadn't been done they changed dokaby too its hard as fk I died 2 times and no gun could damage her and instead of flying off she ran to the second location and then ran to last location
It needs to go back to the way it was when it came out When it 1st came out you could do it as many times as you wanted with out Having a limit of just 1 time When I was able to do it when it 1st came out I could do all 3 several times I'm so sick of this Whoever gets to it 1st gets the Rewards
I get people dropping loot all the time lol, when I was just starting out it really helped me! Since I can craft everything now and have a nice stock I do the same for other people and drop some good stuff... I will usually take it to someone with a low level in tier 1...
Dude for me even if I run straight to tier 3 the zombies are insane, like its cra,y when I watch ppl just chilling in tier 3, everytime i go there its hordes and hordes of elite/special zombies and regular zombies.
I do the same. They’re not yours until they are. I keep my stash stocked so I can start each match maxxed. Then I EARN them just like everyone else. Having an advantage (Scorcher, nearby tear on spawn, or an atv, etc.) is awesome but honestly…I’ve gotten all three with only 8 minutes left in match. My giveaways are often, and I like to play “speedy delivery, or “come and get it”. Offer them up to anyone via text chat. The 2nd version is fun - especially if I implement a time limit. GO
I’m indifferent myself, but anytime a game diversifies itself to allow a larger core of players enjoy the content and prizes there in, I find that it’s usually positive.
As of last night. You can only do one per match. Once completed a triangle myself and it won't let me take another one, tried getting a new team mate to shoot it, also failed. Tried joining another team, failed.

This whole thing with the triangles was so fucking annoying. I had to try to do these to attune the s3 dark aether relics and it took 6 separate matches to attune all three. They need to regenerate for other teams.
Also if you happen to die and have to be rezd by someone while doing a triangle it will reset and not let you do it again but if you join someone and they shoot it you can still get the rewards
the triangles should be visable at all times.but disable once you done it this way everyone gets a chance. so that people that want to unlock the season 3 dark aether can do it with out racing people that isn't

No. It doesn’t matter. If you are needing to perform the summoning you can at any point regardless of what other players have done. The trouble is, the prompt to start them is hard to see if someone else has done it already. But it is there. The same area but it’s “persnickety”. You cN do it

You’re wrong tho. You can still perform the summoning. True it is difficult to find the prompt. But it’s there. Clear the area. Give yourself some time to look! It is very finicky and a bug that should have been patched long ago. Same location, but for me… i had to face the courtyard where the mega spawns to spot the prompt “activate the summoning” not in the direction of the triangle- you can do it. Maybe easier too if you lighten up a bit
I did a triangle after update and immediately tried another one but it wasn’t active. However it became active again after some time and I was able to complete the challenge. I gave the loot away.
Honestly best patch cus the moment i get their without my scorcher it always gone and i need it the most cus i had just lost half of my best stuff and i gotta grind more atleast i manage to get the scorcher schematics before i had lost half of my stuff
Tried to drop sum of the one's i had but the dude either didn't have a mic cuz he joined my sqaud then left as i was trying to give him a leg tool and pack 3 crystal pinged it too but he ended up exfiling so i picked back up

There needs to be more ways to get the wrench. If you're not able to get to a car a purple rift or have a scorcher you're basically screwed racing a scorcher. I’ve completed every mission and have acquired all the perks and schematics - so I essentially play for fun, and weekly/seasonal challenges. Part of my fun is to play medic. I will search the map for downed players and rush to assist. I have performed dozens of revs, sometimes double digits in a single match… I also offer up any extra items I’m carrying that I dont need (and often acquire them with the intention of donating them) . I also enjoy using text chat to offer items to the entire lobby- like a wasteland daddy warbucks… “come and get it”! Is a fave. I give a location somewhere in T1 and a time limit. If I have a scorcher, I’ll offer free delivery to the first responders. Hang in there my guy. There are good people. You’ll stumble upon one eventually
They made it horrible. I just hit one and it only gave me a purple tool and a pack. One crystal but yesterday it gave me legendary tool and pack three crystal.

A cool down would be a great idea but I do have to say about 80% of the players I run into are friendly and offer sigil, self revives, etc..

With the new mimic, mangler and disciple triangle events, there are 3 more options , and in tier 2.

If you complete one you have a chance to get another one. Your only allowed to a shoot one set at at time
Putting crappy loot inside the reward has completely killed the triangles. No one will waste their time for a tier 1 crystal.
Ive been lucky lately to farm all three triangles but 1 at a time, i give some items away if i go to dark ether to make space

If you do the triangles and then immediately leave the red zone you should just be insta downed with no way of being revived

They made it horrible. I just hit one and it only gave me a purple tool and a pack. One crystal but yesterday it gave me legendary tool and pack three crystal.

With the game on Xbox’s games pass literally no one is going to t2 or t3 because there all bran new players so I get t3 to myself every game no fail hahaha. Love it 😂
