Hi jio team. I have recharged prepaid for Rs.666 . And it was offered as 1.5 GB per day for 84 days. But when 1.2 GB data finished I am not getting internet. 300 MB loss per day. What a theft. It's a very bad experience for me. And a message comes that you have used 100 percent of your 1.5 GB data, and recharge to get high speed data. What a tragedy. If I used 1.5 GB data then its ok, but I have used only 1.2 GB data.

Even when the internet is slow, during run diagnostics process It shows that 'NO ISSUE FOUND and ALL SEEMS TO BE RUNNING FINE WITH YOUR JIOFIBER ROUTER' So, run diagnostics is not a reliable process on my jio app. It's of no use when it comes to diagnosing an issue with internet

....lekin MyJio App par WiFi settings me error aa raha hai aur Device Details me sirf jio Set top box show kar raha hai aur Home Getaway Router show nahi kar raha hai?
Iske wajah se na password change kar paa raha hun na name..... Jio ke taraf se koi satisfaction nahi mil rahA hai!

Very bad experience, it was the biggest regret of mine to trust on jio fiber their service is disgusting, they either don’t receive your calls or if they do the missbehave worst experience ever i will not Suggest any one to go for jio. Either go for. Bsnl fiber or airtel atleast they dont missbehave with customers and listens to their problem
