My boyfriend just got me the Pandora rose gold teardrop ring for my birthday earlier this week! I absolutely love it so much. I was thinking about getting it for myself as well, like Gabi did for herself. I think it's great to treat yourself when you are working hard and are fortunate enough to be able to do so. But I'm so happy with my boyfriend surprising me with it! The ring is absolutely stunning!
