I am 40 and got my bachelor with 25, now sometimes I think about getting also masters, but feel too old, still I learn new things doing a lot of courses for my job in informatics. PhD, wow. I would be the first in my family to have one, not even allowing me to dream about it 🙈 but you make it sound like “sure, why not”. Thank you for that and sharing your moments with us! 🎊❤️ I also really like it, that you have great plans now and see that many possibilities in life. Inspiring ❤️

I love the idea of a micro school! I’m a mom to two little ones (2nd grade/preschooler). I’ve always wanted to homeschool, but right now they are in private school while I finish my degree as well. I am not a fan of public or private school really. I think a homeschool inspired micro school would be amazing!! Congrats!

I’m in my 2nd year of community college at the age of 36 years old. I started majoring in Business Administration, but after some reflection and taking a PT at my son’s school, I felt the urge to change my major to ECE. I still have 2 semesters left at the CC before I can transfer, but I’m going to do it! 🎉

I still love the homestead life 😂 I’m just not that good at it. Still, Inwant to incorporate some of the homestead skills in my school. I will probably work for the school system for a time, but not likely permanently. I would like my own school based on my values
@@TheBealles I was thinking more of Rick when I thought a homestead wasn’t for you, he seems like a person who likes things clean and tidy and a farm is not exactly that.☺️ I wish and hope for you to find a position at a decent school, I was a teacher for a very short time, less than 3 years , I couldn’t deal with our rigid and non-formativw school system. I wish we had homeschooling/private schools, I did like teaching kiddies.
@@minime7375 Rick grew up on a farm, and he remembers all the work😂 And dirt! I am hoping to incorporate some homeschool aspects into my classroom. I hope I find a good fit, too. It’s something I am definitely praying about!
Birth to Kindergarten is essentially Early Childhood in NC. I can teach Pre-K and Kindergarten with my license, and I can take additional classes to be licensed up through 6th grade
