As a Nigerian I've always regarded Indian cuisine as one of the best in the world.
Indian dishes are always spiced to perfection, their dishes are never over spiced and the savory euphoria it gives is incomparable to none.
Chicken Biriyani, chicken curry, chapati, dosa, chicken 65, chicken tikka just to name a few. Indian cuisine never disappoints.
I pray to visit India one day for my own personal gastronomic experience.

Sorry to inform you but items like aviyal and beetroot pachadi and the whole plantain leaf thali thing is a tradition from Kerala - surprised the wifey didn't mention it. Kerala and TN are connected culturally but also there some cultural discomfort somewhere so that's possibly why.
Your right .. but really I don’t know why you are so particular about plantain leaf tradition is from Kerala only ? All most all the South Indian people eat in plantain leaf … coming to the point , they served beetroot poriyal and veg kootu it is not aviyal or beetroot pachadi in fact most of the tamil restaurants don’t serve them here in Tamil Nadu … I somehow feel these people from Kerala is always trying to dominate and self boast about their people, language and cultural heritage… every human have their own dramas going in life … no time to appreciate the fact the guys enjoying our Indian meal end of the day …🤦🏽♀️

next time u visit india - u must try interior indian dishes like, athirasam, kuzhi paniyaram, paruppu payasam, ragi muddai, nattu kozhi kozhambu, kida virunthu, kattu keerai masiyyal like 1000's of dishes in villages
