@@kenj8151 you having the same problem? I took the lock off, put it back on, did the same thing. I loosened the screws a bit and it seems to be ok so far. I'm thinking maybe if the screws are "to tight' the mechanism cant function? This seems to defeat the purpose of a secure lock tho, I guess! I'll update if this actually fixes.

I have this lock and when I try to unlock it says password is not ready. It won't unlock. Do you know why this is happening?

@@onlyjustdee ok lol thanks. Im gonna have to break mine i cant open the drawer at all to loosen screws . 😪😪
@@kenj8151 lucky I was able to reach through a cabinet to get to the drawer and push the lock down. I got no help from the seller either. Good luck.
@@kenj8151 also try to unpair the lock and then start over, re-add the lock. That would work a time or two for me, just to get it to unlock.
