If your that good then having a camera that could back you up in court should not be a problem. Usually when people have a problem with a dashcam there is usually something they wish to hide.

They can access it whenever they want. We had guys putting electric tape over their lenses. We all got emails stating that if the equipment was tampered with that you can be fired. Nobody had a critical event during that period
Don’t believe them when they say they can’t see you when they want, I see my camera come on randomly I wave at it and say HI and it instantly goes off.
UPS now uses cameras. I don’t know which kind but my cousin told me they can talk to you through them. He has worked for ups for almost 30 years. I worked for them years ago and they treat you like dirt. They pay very well and have excellent benefits but you have to put up with a lot. It ain’t worth it to me.
This is a huge factor in why they can't find drivers still in 2021 (the media conveniently doesn't mention the drive-cam reason!!) Such an invasion of privacy. Many road drivers have their wives with them and it's none of the company's business what they talk about or what they do (after all you wouldn't want a camera in the bedroom while you and her make love) No one should work for someone that doesn't trust them or wants to spy on their drivers. So glad I'm retired.
I absolutely hate these cameras when used with a company “point system” on top that they induce unnecessary amounts of stress and anxiety, especially when the “points” you might get take 18 months to drop off with the “point system” It’s nothing but a liability protection for their insurance rates and covering up for any companies lack of training for their drivers programs.
Our company just installed drive cam this week. They assured us the cam only records during "critical events"....i had my suspicions! Thanks for the feedback!!
It is not a live feed. It only saves footage when it is triggered by an event. They can't "log in" and look at you whenever they want. If they show you footage, it must be triggered by braking or swerving or a big jolt. It is recording all the time but it doesn't save it unless it's triggered. It's not a live feed.
They can watch you anytime...each camera is assigned to a specific truck and can be accessed at any time....lots of drivers have lost their jobs because of drive cam....I know because I have talked to people who i used to work with in our trans office and we both work for different companies now...they confirmed what i suspected.....
Steve Dugger That's not true. They cannot look at it when ever they want. People you talked to who lost their job is because they set the camera off and they were doing something that caused them to get fired. I know for a fact you cannot look at when ever you want too. It's impossible. I know first hand due to a court case involving my company. It is not and never has been a live feed
Steve Dugger Now let's say you set the camera off and get called into the office. The drive cam event will say what triggered the event. Hard braking, swerving, ect. The technology needed for every truck in the fleet to be a mobile live feed camera would take up way more room than the little box it's in. Plus, it is unethical and illegal for the company to tell you it's not a live feed when it is. They would open themselves up to many lawsuits and that isn't good business. There is nothing in it for the company to lie to you about the camera. It is not a live feed and anyone who thinks so is ignorant of the facts.
I worked for waste management for almost 6 years, the camera records everything but lytex only sends the clips of events that are triggered. However if there is an event your company questions they can request a “Deep Dive” which is your company requesting to see video for whatever day and whatever time they want to see. So yes you are being recorded 24/7
Absolutely correct. No different than the cams I have in my house.........I can login, anywhere in the world and see everything going on in my house any time of day
yup i'm a self employed driver in the UK and on monday i turned up at a place with one if these so i covered it and did my day, next day they told me not to cover the cam or i couldn't work out of there ! Anyway i handed them the keys back but because they were desperate they tried to tell me it only records if it senses harsh breaking etc to which i replied well seeing as nothing eventful happened how did they know i covered the camera in the first place ? i handed them the keys with a smile and said see ya later.
Charter of Rights in Canada has prohibited it. Thankfully. Bad enough my last boss followed me constantly on his Qualcomm GPS, called me at least once a day to tell me where I was.
Seven years with Drive Cam at my company, No issues for me. Every time I set it off and asked, I was able to see it. If my employer wanted to spy on me, they wouldn't waste time and resources going through Drive Cam when they can remote activate audio and video on my work cell and laptop at will themselves.
Every time I fire up my truck the camera goes red and then clears after maybe a 1 minute. Not every trucks drive cam in our company does this. I believe you and what you said about Drivevam
With all the semi truck drivers, delivery truck drivers and security patrol cars out there, especially with unions, we all can ban together to lobby against this and get it outlawed?
There are several methods that I use to cover up the cam 1. Use black tape 2.Cover with the price sticker from a ham sandwich 3. Lower the sun visor in front of the camera 4. My all time favorite..........a big, green, wet, snotty, dirt encrusted, sharp on the edge, mucous infused, puss filled, booger and spread it all over the camera lense. That way I can drive in peace and do my job. Mega-trucking companies front office are full of weirdos man, that's why I always grab my paperwork and burn rubber off the yard. They're so goofy that they even gave me a commendation for being the most efficient driver getting off the yard. Soon as I make that right turn out the gate, I toss the sucker right out the window.
Man I'm new to trucking and we got drivecams in our trucks. That red light goes off bout every other day. Usually when I'm backing into a dock that's on an incline. I've done several years in prison so being watched isn't a foreign concept to me. I'm always cussing the camera out or pleading my case to it. Then sometimes I sleep with the curtain open in my drawers on purpose. Been working for this company for a month. Shouldn't be long they'll be calling me.
+Bo McClain maby they won't call. They may not be paying for the whole package. Maby it's there to scare people. If they haven't called yet your safe I think. If they see you in your drawrs an mention it they looking at 2 year mandatory. Teach them spys. Peace out brother
Totally agree my camera dose the same thing randomly flashes red and I was just wondering if that's the case we would be doing more firing for cellphone use.

Big reason I left TransAm and came to Crete. They had drive cams in all of their trucks...Have heard stories of the safety people over there pulling up random driver's cameras.
I used to work for Trans Am as well and yeah they're just randomly going through a driver told me that his light would turn read when he would be driving meaning they were watching him
A lot of companies stopped this... But I applied to Melton and then found out they still (8-15-18) have driver facing cams (and NO plans to get rid of them) and I terminated my application!!
We just got these cameras installed at my job. I have got mines yet. I can understand for the camera's facing the road, but watching you is very awkward. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a hidden mic with it. I think it may be time to start training for a new career.

I’m a independent contract driver for a railroad crew transporting company called HALLCON & we have those drive cams in the vans we use for HALLCON & the light is always green Bt every now & then the light turns red for a minute or couple seconds
I've had companys call me and tell me where to go to get repair when I was talking to my brother on the phone only. I've also had the safety department stare at my jank when I gave a ho a good pounding. Also I've downloaded company apps on my phone was in the motel and i told my dad I need to go to the chiropractor and couldn't sleep good. Got a message from safety saying I shouldn't drive tired
Training a camera on the driver is too much information--that the other party could try to use against the driver's company. The problem is nearly always the 4-wheelers, and this is what cameras are needed for, so cameras watching the front, sides, and rear are a good idea--but NOT the driver. Outward-facing cameras have captured so much misconduct by motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians causing collisions that they've shown clearly how frequently that it is they who are the cause of mishaps. The problem with this may be insurance companies insisting on cameras watching the driver, and legislation keeping cameras off of the driver may be necessary. On buses, trolleys, and rapid transit trains, an advantage of having a camera trained on the driver or motorman is that it can record an assault for an air-tight case, but otherwise, if the other party is shown to be at fault in a collision, the other party should not be allowed access to footage of the driver. If I were an insurance company, I wouldn't want cameras trained on drivers because it could increase liability pay-outs by my company.
I know that place. I had something occur non-driving related which I was asked about and drivecam driver facing view was referenced. Per the companies instructions this should never have been recorded. I departed the company 3 weeks later. I always felt something was going on that should not have been.
I took a a break from trucking to do a normal job so I could have a life. The company I work for has those lytx drive cams in the vans I drive. Even when you hit a bump the road it goes off. Company big brother .
I can guarantee you they still watched your ass even after they stopped. I even talk to a guy who installed cameras you cant even see in your trucks. Swear to god
This shows that anybody who says labor unions are outdated is talking out of their ass. This issue would have been discussed before companies starting using this type of technology, and in case of discipline, the driver would have a local steward and an expert with experience on the issue on his side of the table instead of facing a company's safety, HR and dispatch by his lone self
You mean unionized carriers (such as are still around) use in-cab cams, too? I think that's what you mean, but you are missing my point then. Just like cops are having to deal with bodycams, truckers will have to deal with cabcams. I don't see them going away. But cops have their union (police protective league) to back them up in case of a dispute with top brass. An individual trucker has no one in his corner either at the beginning, when a company decides to install this type of surveillance, or when there is a disciplinary issue arising from a specific cabcam video. FYI, my company uses cabcams as well. We use daycabs. I already had one 'talk' about a hard braking event. It was informal, nothing I had to sign. But even so, I am afraid it might be used against me at some point in the future. And that's the issue. When that day comes, I'd like to have someone by my side who has experience in dealing with this and similar matters. The way it is now, I feel I would be completely at the company's mercy.
Yes our company said the same thing” tampering can result in termination. My company took the one thing that I really enjoy about my job “ being alone in my office “ And shit on it ! I’d like to see some installed on some of these “suits desks and see how that works out 😡

Thanks for making this video It supported our suspicions They are installing these in the UPS tractors I don’t believe the union would have allowed them if the truth was exposed I wish you would have took them to court so we would’ve had documented proof But I understand
The last company I was leased to decided to use drivecam. They never activated the driver facing part, (there was a sticker over the lens), if they had, I'd have left earlier.
I keep hearing that there is going to be a driver shortage out there in the next few years. If all of us drivers stood together and said, we will not work with these things in our trucks. In a matter of days, these things will be out of the trucks and Drive Cam will go the fuck away.
I don't even mean nationwide. Because that will be very difficult to do that and would probably never happen. The company I work for now doesn't have the Drive Cam in every single truck across the fleet yet. I had an incident where I was in a tight spot and I scraped a pole with the trailer at a Pilot in Oregon. The pole wasn't anchored in the ground so I barely touched it and the thing falls over. I got the Drive Cam in my truck shortly after that incident. If the drivers in my company stood up and said, if you put these things in all the trucks fleet wide, we won't drive. Even if only half of the drivers stand up for it, a few hundred drivers walk away from the trucks and they lose millions of dollars. Those cameras come out permanently in less than a week. All it would take is a hundred or so drivers to make a difference.
True that. I got the cams removed from this company in 2 weeks an this video. But cams are still going to come because the damn insurance companies want them. Bastards
Unfortunately, it's just like the automatic transmissions in the trucks. A lot of companies are going all automatic fleet in the next few years because of the fuel economy of the automatic transmission and less burnt up clutches from newbies who can't shift. A lot of truckers hate it but that's kind of where the industry is going to be in the next few years. The Drive Cam is in the same realm as the automatic transmission.
Since administration has key code can they actually hit a recording button from computer to trigger drive cam in truck? So that they can bust you say for no seat belt in parking lot.
I dont even drive a rig. I drive a transit 350 and work for a medical supply company they just installed Lytx DriveCams about a month ago. The company was shady about it from the get go. When they first announced they were putting cams in the Van's they said they were only front facing. Then after realizing that was a lie they said they would only be triggered by critical events such as hard breaking, hard acceleration, taking turns too fast, and accidents. That was a lie. The first week it was in my van it recorded 5 times within an hour for speeding and one for following too closely and I never once saw the light go from green.
I worked for Air Liquid America for 6years and I was always wondering if they where watching me all the time? You can’t do anything over there, such as taking a drink of water while you’re driving or eating they say it’s too distracting!!!!I was eventually fired for using the phone I had it on speaker talking to my wife and I hit a bump in the road and it triggered the damn thing!!
Cullen you are wrong!!!that camera is just like a security camera it is recording 24 7 and can be reviewed at any time hard brake is storage in special data base
Legendary Duke It saves the clip and sends it when it gets a signal. Cutting the power does nothing. It will hold the clip and send it as soon as it gets power and or a signal again.
I sent replies back to 2 companies that wanted to hire me explaining that I do not drive for companies that have drive cams or automatic transmissions, I encourage others to do the same
F drive cam I work for Estenson and all they do is nit pick about everything you do in an event. I didn't know hard breaking was against the law last time I checked it says nothing about hard breaking on the DMV book I'm on a final here and I keep my truck clean and polished and my truck not wrecked after a long day in it. Also it is very sensitive cause sometimes I'll stop and it won't go off so I don't believe they are being truthful about these shaming devices. I think an attorney needs to step in for us and make these companies pay big time for them harassing us truckers who are trying to make an honest $ .they are not telling us the truth about these devices clearly on how they work they make the rules as they go no real standards on these devices
I work there as well and they do use drivecam to nit pick. We were told in the beginning it was to help us out. Its only the opposite. To write you up at least 3 to 4 times a month with driver coachings. I've been driving class A for over 20 years no accident no tickets clean record but according to drivecam I'm just no good and obviously need to be off the highway if I'm that bad. It reminds me of being in kindergarten and being bullied all the time. Now I'm an adult getting bullied by corporate. If I get into an accident and its my fault please by all means review and punish accordingly but once again please stop the bullying. Just imagine you only know one thing and you have the best record and plenty of driver awards stacked up over the years and boom!!!....... Drivecam says no way! You suck! You are a pos! I think ones whole self esteem is completely shot. Good luck everybody!
These scumbags Live feed me every day At work I confronted the manager about this, they denied everything now I will tell you how to know if they’re live feeding you first of all listen for a very faint noise near your dashboard where the drive cam is connected every time they live feed you you will hear a very faint sound for a couple of seconds this indicates that they just recorded you while live feeding you with the green light still on ,also if you have a light bar on your dashboard look for the light to move to the right without a event being trigger this means they just recorded you any further questions feel free to contact me PS I am in discussions right now with my employment lawyer regarding this issue any questions feel free to contact me Johnny V
John Valvo what did you come up with on the drive cam legalities ? Ours went live Wednesday 4 day suspension touching phone Terminated on 2nd offence CB radio's will be treated just like a phone violation CMEX mixer company drivers were able to have their cams pulled Let me know
If you think the older model drivecams are bad the new ones actually are live 24/7 and coach you as the event happens. So if you're not paying attention to the road it will talk to you
Our company decided to install these in their trucks about a year ago after they dropped their 2 year experience required then brought in trainers and students. Now drivers that have been here for years and years have quit or at least talking to other companies.

Drive cams are recording 24 7 special event or critical is just special.storage sync almost like double storage so it wont get deleted. ... its lot more than hard braking this is something big.... a system design for the future of self driving trucks
Did you just say the Reagan administration passed the privacy act in 1998? Um , he was president from 1981-1989. Clinton was president in 98 so you either got the year or president wrong, my friend
Gary Triano no dick, if we’re going to use an act to defend against this company bullshit, we should probably know the correct law. I wasn’t criticizing, didn’t call him a name, he was trying to help us but just pointing it out but you can take it how you want.
Tip regarding DriveCam: If the light is green, the camera is in "standby mode" - that is, it's recording, but not saving anything, nor is it being monitored. If the light is red after you hit a bad bump, slam on brakes, or set off the stability control, it's in "Critical Event Mode" - it is saving and sending what it records, and will go green again after 10 seconds. If the light randomly goes red and stays red, it is being monitored remotely. So, if you're constantly seeing a red light on your DriveCam, pitch a fit with your safety department, because they ARE watching you.
It's not a live feed. The technology needed to do that would cost way more than $15 A month. It is recording all the time but doesn't save it unless it's triggered. Then it's sent via a cell phone signal to drive cam. It's not a live feed.
That's not true. If the light is red it means it has an event that hasn't been uploaded yet. If they were going to sky on people and not tell you about it, why would they make the light turn a different color while they "watch" you? That makes no sense. It's not a live feed. Never has been.
I don't mind the drive cam but I do have an issue with the two way camera. If it is just watching the traffic and road, its all good since these 4 wheelers cause majority of the accidents with trucks and the driver always takes the fall. Watching the cab is an issue.
There are cameras in use that can see you through the walls in your home and easily inside of your truck. The image is as clear as an xray or now even better. Anything that has wifi connection can be turned on wirelessly and even point your location, including your digital camera, computer or GPS,its microphone can be used to eavesdrop on your conversation and even hand held camera can be used to film and record you. It's been on the news, nothing new about it. And guess what, and since your new trucks have wireless connection hackers can now connect and hack into your trucks computer and disable your breaks while at the same time turn your steering wheel and increase the speed or shut down your engine all together, whatever they want, same with any new car. This also been on the news, and I noticed that people in general choose to ignore it. Apathetic population doesn't care, unbelievably ignorant masses, like Noam Chomsky says, atomized as hell. If there's camera pointed at you, assume it's recording.
That's bullshit. My current company came at me with that drivecam footage AFTER I told them I was planning on going owner operator. All sorts of stuff suddenly arising. Then I found out that you have to be APPROVED by their company to go lease or owner operator for their company.
Commit a crime in your cab, and tell the police that the only downloadable footage is 12 seconds before an event, and 4 seconds after ! They will laugh in your face.

The random is generated by a 3rd party company that does a pool between 3 or 4 different companies, this is to escape liability of a bad test. But some companies monitor there can to a crazy degree or have a 3rd party monitor it. If you are safe you will do fine. Move away form that company as soon also you are good to go. Unless you just do something wrong witch I doubt. Randoms are done on a lottery system. Of several companies usually. It is cheaper for them that way. Less randoms on average

Ah that hurts to hear because I was thinking about applying to them
This is a huge factor in why they can't find drivers still in 2021 (the media conveniently doesn't mention the drive-cam reason!!) Such an invasion of privacy. Many road drivers have their wives with them and it's none of the company's business what they talk about or what they do (after all you wouldn't want a camera in the bedroom while you and her make love)
No one should work for someone that doesn't trust them or wants to spy on their drivers. So glad I'm retired.
I absolutely hate these cameras when used with a company “point system” on top that they induce unnecessary amounts of stress and anxiety, especially when the “points” you might get take 18 months to drop off with the “point system”
It’s nothing but a liability protection for their insurance rates and covering up for any companies lack of training for their drivers programs.
Our company just installed drive cam this week. They assured us the cam only records during "critical events"....i had my suspicions! Thanks for the feedback!!
+polarisgm thank you. Cover it when off duty if you wona. They shouldn't mind
They don't believe. They are babies in the woods
Where you a manager at waste management?
I got my info from lytex in person
Absolutely correct. No different than the cams I have in my house.........I can login, anywhere in the world and see everything going on in my house any time of day

Everything this man says is THE TRUTH, Live feeds with Audio, 24 / 7, 365, its that simple,

I refuse to work for a company that uses any sort of "drive cam" o don't care how much they pay.
Me to!!
for sure, companies only do this crap to drivers because allow it!!!!
Chances are if a company has these cameras in there fleet, they aren't gonna pay shit anyways.
Never know
yup i'm a self employed driver in the UK and on monday i turned up at a place with one if these so i covered it and did my day, next day they told me not to cover the cam or i couldn't work out of there ! Anyway i handed them the keys back but because they were desperate they tried to tell me it only records if it senses harsh breaking etc to which i replied well seeing as nothing eventful happened how did they know i covered the camera in the first place ? i handed them the keys with a smile and said see ya later.
Sue drive cam for invasion your privacy.
mays9185 i like to see you try that, I seriously doubt you’d win
Charter of Rights in Canada has prohibited it. Thankfully. Bad enough my last boss followed me constantly on his Qualcomm GPS, called me at least once a day to tell me where I was.
Well I really like that alot!!
Seven years with Drive Cam at my company, No issues for me. Every time I set it off and asked, I was able to see it.
If my employer wanted to spy on me, they wouldn't waste time and resources going through Drive Cam when they can remote activate audio and video on my work cell and laptop at will themselves.
It's all about the company My be you have a good one
WOAH!!!????
So you trust your company's word mot to spie on you
I dont
Every time I fire up my truck the camera goes red and then clears after maybe a 1 minute. Not every trucks drive cam in our company does this. I believe you and what you said about Drivevam
Thank you alot of people dont believe but the drivecam company told me!

Bo McClain don’t let these idiot tell you lies bro. Don’t do anything stupid while you driving their truck. When you not driving cover it up. These idiots just like drama. Know they suck at driving so cry they gonna have to actually follow the rules
Trucking Review Channel yea, you teach them! Lmao
R G it’s against the law so don’t use your cell phone
If i have to have this i will quit
I seriously doubt it!
Big reason I left TransAm and came to Crete. They had drive cams in all of their trucks...Have heard stories of the safety people over there pulling up random driver's cameras.
+Dobbs so bad to do that
Key word there “STORIES” do you believe everything you hear or read?
I used to work for Trans Am as well and yeah they're just randomly going through a driver told me that his light would turn read when he would be driving meaning they were watching him
Yup
When I went through orientation at trans am there was a guy watching a driver for over 5 minutes
A lot of companies stopped this... But I applied to Melton and then found out they still (8-15-18) have driver facing cams (and NO plans to get rid of them) and I terminated my application!!
Its a very bad thing we just wasent gona take it at all
Melton has audio devices too.
Most of them can record but it cost extra for them
@@truckingreviewchannel im sure the govt gives them a tax wrote off for it.
Heck ya. Everything is a write off!!
I would like to know how to defend myself everytime they call me to the office! They make me feel like I'm the only one that hits the driveCam!!!
Just have to quit as soon as possible
Wow this is why I will never have any kind of drive cam in my truck . Be safe and have a blessed day
We just got these cameras installed at my job. I have got mines yet. I can understand for the camera's facing the road, but watching you is very awkward. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a hidden mic with it. I think it may be time to start training for a new career.
Yes it has a mic also. Alot of company dont pay the extra money to turn it on they said
@@truckingreviewchannel if you are on the phone and they record you without telling you that's a felony!!!

Drive cameras have a feature that bookmarks a critical event!
Yes!
Is it too much to ask, what were you doing in the woods?

Trucking Review Channel what? How dare you go home? That's outrageous, they probably tell you all about the drivers out there working and not complaining
If a Company EVER HAD CAMERAS I WONT WORK FOR THEM PERIOD DONE HERE.

Thank you so much for this bc my truck has this and were a small company. I don't like it or do many now I feel more uncomfortable.
For safety of your self cover it at when off duty. An maby your company is trust worthy hopefully
My company just installed this stupid cameras. ( We cut Trees 😑 )
I needed to see this video brother thanks lot !!!
My job sends me videos even when the lights doesn’t go off. They watch you real time. Guaranteed!!!
I belive. Everything in this video is true. I caught the girl doing this. An the manufacturer company told me also
My boss says in the meting in front of everybody about 20 drivers he can wach the driver camera anytime
I HERE THAT I DO
This shows that anybody who says labor unions are outdated is talking out of their ass. This issue would have been discussed before companies starting using this type of technology,
and in case of discipline, the driver would have a local steward and an expert with experience on the issue on his side of the table instead of facing a company's safety, HR and dispatch by his lone self
Labor unions use them to. Unfortunately. But I will not
You mean unionized carriers (such as are still around) use in-cab cams, too?
Is there a truckers union in the state of Florida
Nothing a piece of bubble gum won't fix.
I would agree. But a company driver would be a goner!
Yes our company said the same thing” tampering can result in termination. My company took the one thing that I really enjoy about my job “ being alone in my office “ And shit on it ! I’d like to see some installed on some of these “suits desks and see how that works out 😡
Yep I just jumped into a truck with a team dude. They put a drive cam in with us. WTF This has to be illegal. No violations in are names. Leaving the company.
They are spreading like butter. Never have one again
Xpo Logistics has a policy A three strike rule...... if you get caught tapping on your cell phone or holding it....... you will be terminated!!! They just fired a guy that been there for 20 years!!!!..... and another guy for six years!!!........ but I’ve seen linehaul drivers flip their sets. Cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage....... and they’re still working there?????......... but if you tap on your phone you’re fired!!!............ do not use Xpo to haul your freight!!!........

Thanks for making this video
It supported our suspicions
They are installing these in the UPS tractors
I don’t believe the union would have allowed them if the truth was exposed
I wish you would have took them to court so we would’ve had documented proof
But I understand
The last company I was leased to decided to use drivecam. They never activated the driver facing part, (there was a sticker over the lens), if they had, I'd have left earlier.
I keep hearing that there is going to be a driver shortage out there in the next few years. If all of us drivers stood together and said, we will not work with these things in our trucks. In a matter of days, these things will be out of the trucks and Drive Cam will go the fuck away.
That is true. But we will never stand together. All we can do is find a different company
Yup it is. Night brother
What I was doing in the woods? I was talking to Sasquatch.

Since administration has key code can they actually hit a recording button from computer to trigger drive cam in truck? So that they can bust you say for no seat belt in parking lot.
Yes they can. But they still cant see real time footage
This is true. They lie tx

Legendary Duke It saves the clip and sends it when it gets a signal. Cutting the power does nothing. It will hold the clip and send it as soon as it gets power and or a signal again.

+gmarqz13 I agree 100 % that would just say don t work there probably but I'm think about that lawyer thing

+Cullen Wassell thx but that's wrong, that's what they won't you to believe it records 24 ,7 save to the cloud. I called the manufacturer.
+Cullen Wassell they was watching on my home time when the truck was parked an electrical switch disengaged
Thank you for clearing this up out of all this BULLSHIT feedback you info was super helpful and 100% accurate 👍👍.
I don't mind the drive cam but I do have an issue with the two way camera. If it is just watching the traffic and road, its all good since these 4 wheelers cause majority of the accidents with trucks and the driver always takes the fall. Watching the cab is an issue.
Thats how i feel!
Would you be able to tell me the specific laws that covers us? I'd like to have them handy in case my safety guy talks to me about it again.

CameFrombeyond yes and guess what...... you can get terminated for tempering with it
There are cameras in use that can see you through the walls in your home and easily inside of your truck.

I don't think I understand
what you mean, the random is generated by 3th party company to escape liabilities ?
I don't get that part ?
Unless you just do something wrong witch I doubt. Randoms are done on a lottery system. Of several companies usually. It is cheaper for them that way. Less randoms on average
Giovani De parma drivecam has nothing to do with random drug testing! If you got nothing to hide then don’t worry about it!
It could if someone doesn't like him
