yes, did you change the drum cilinder 4 and clean the leds (when you open the door where the cilinders are located theres a plastic pin (usually blue) that you can pull to clean the imaging leds, pull it a few times and then put back in place)? Usually when you have a background of some kind its the drum cilinder that is scratched or the waste container is nearly full and you must empty it or change it.
