Tracy may be without a conscience, but it wasn't all her fault. As a child, she didn't exactly have stability with her birth father, Ray Langton, abandoning her and Ken & Deirdre's affairs with Wendy Crozier & Mike Baldwin. Ken & Deirdre may have been there more for Tracy than they were for Susan, Peter & Daniel, but they didn't exactly set the best examples, so Tracy didn't exactly learn from the best examples. I, personally, think that is just a typical Barlow trait, being good at telling others how to run their lives without being able to run their own very well. A cursed and dysfunctional family.
