Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.

Thank you for this video. For one, thank you for being honest. This an inspiration video. I just saw the link to this video from your uncle (not sure if it is the uncle mentioned in the video) on Twitter (I follow him as he seems such a lovely person) I just weighed myself after avoiding the scales for several months and have put on a stone, in total I am now 7 stone overweight but only 5ft 4. I need to lose weight for health reasons, for so long been avoiding it but in the back of my mind know it needs to happen every time I walk upstairs on the bus, or walking 10 minutes from the bus stop and being out of breath. I have lost a lot of confidence in myself and it shows in the fact I wear lose trousers and a black t-shirt and slip on shoes (I find it difficult to bend down to tie my Doc Martins now so don't wear them) . It has even effected my health as recently diagnosed with ADHD but cannot take the meds to help me as I have high blood pressure due to the weight so my mental health has suffered a lot and I have become more depressed, Anyways enough of me wittering on, I just want to say this video has hit me more due to the honesty and therefore is very inspirational, I hope to start taking walks (kinda been stuck inside with social anxiety) in the park that is just opposite to me. Just taking that first step to lose even one pound. Thank you

You’re so welcome! I understand completely how difficult it is getting out while suffering from social anxiety as I have it myself. But when you have given yourself that push you’ll be so proud! Take it in your stride and don’t rush or push yourself too hard. Thankyou so much for your kind words and I wish you so much luck! ❤️❤️

@@amyellen511 Thank you. I think the one thing I need to go out for walks is to say sod it and just go out, (getting anxiety about what to wear on these walks) even if its stretchy trousers and a random t-shirt.
