Wow Akkuffo led government, this is grievous then but if we are all interested in the "bettterment" of this country, let us use such platforms to tell the good and the bad policies of the government. So bring up the achievements of John Dramani Mahama (the good and the shortcomings) and then bring Akuffo Addo's good and shortcomings. That would be the real moment of truth cos if we focus only on a particular party's good at the expense of the other's bad, we are still doing the same "politricking" strategy.
Are we going to have a director for the morning shift and another director for the evening shift? Would they share the same office? Let us take for instance the DVLA. If we would have two directors would they be willing to share same offfice looking at the kind of "bad mentality" most of these "big men" have. This policy even though would be very good for the economy boost there are some internal issues to deal with. What i have realised that disturbs our development is our attitude. Employment openings must be regulated by government. A committee must be put in place to deal with the employment openings to ensure transparency and prevent biasness. Most of the public sectors must have CCTV cameras at vantage points to check for transparency and corrupt practices
Let's be honest in Ghana. Some of the youth are lazy. People working, when it rain People don't go to work , with little excuse and petty laziness. What about that..
To deal with this we have to rate workers hourly. We would need a device for workers to sign in and out with very good supervision or supervisors to check for workers. Every worker must be made to sign contract of work where all inactiveness would be included in the contract
