Sure! I purchase most of them from Mercari Japan through a proxy site. Common proxies are Buyee and Neokyo. The other like 10% I get from either Ebay or Mercari US. Also I'm sorry you got scammed a lot😞. There's sadly more scammers out there these days than there used to be.
