You can often find loose safflower in a most Asian or Chinese Food Markets. In Chinese it's called "Hong Hua" which means "red flower". You can also find them in Filipino markets usually easily. If you want an aromatic floral taste it goes well with chrysanthemum & camomile to cool u down in summer. U can also try some fennel seeds, For an exotic taste: add some saffron, vanilla bean, cardamon seeds, and cloves. In China I often mixed it with Jasmine green tea.
