This is a beautiful song full of depth and meaning for when everything seems to be at its worst there is still hope, when everything is so dark we can still try to imagine colour in the night sky. "No matter how long the night, the morning will arrive" and we can illuminate the world in rainbow colours. There are no rules that dictate what Metal vocals should sound like, there are all sorts from operatic female to gruff male, shouty to melodic, indecipherable angry screaming and growling and more ... but there is only one Su-metal - and she fronts a metal band, so hers are simply another, but unique, Metal vocal style. I suspect the reason you have been recommended BABYMETAL and this song in particular is because you are not a metalhead ... but this is the sort of metal that people who are not metalheads and who don't like being shouted or screamed at can appreciate.
