Very nice! Operator putting a nice grade & curve in by eye. In the US they'd have 2 engineers & 4 surveyors standing around giving directions. Those are ATV/Jeep trails by our standards.

You will find it better if you use the clam and grade in using the cutting edge on back blade.
Less wear on the teeth and more control over it when trying to avoid it corkscrewing in on one edge
