Showing us footage of the creative process and giving us tips along the way is seriously very sweet. You guys are great and I’m thankful to have found this channel.

11:21 yes, there is a way to do that so colours and size bounce off one another but I’m not a fan of a single,e artwork lonesome either . Had one say it confuses the buyer or too much choice. I have a lot of art too. While I paint less at present due to side hustle and other commitments, I still paint a lot . Loved the exhibition walls filled and just come across the video with a lot of the market stall photos , I love seeing other artists studios with an array of different artwork

It's not quite glow in the dark, but tonic water glows in black light and so does honey. Good luck with the show!

Oh! This is very timely! I decided to use the function room in a large local pub to hold my own show🤪🤪🤪 in 2 months.

I wish I could check out your show. Good Luck with it. Hopefully we can see some footage from the show later on. I have done alot of events over the years and you guys probably already know this but for the benefit of your subscribers, one thing I have discovered over the years is that you might have all these grand plans for your event, but realize that there will always be snafus that might make you as the organizer have to change the plan, which might, in your estimation be disappointing because the new plan seems less than the grand plan for your customers. Don't bother stressing about what isn't right or what's missing, don't bring it up or apologize for it. Your customer doesn't know about the grand plan, they will be happy with what they do get and usually be happy with it. They will not miss what they don't know. :)

As a (former) stage manager for theatre, I can sooooo confirm this! The audience never knows what they are missing or what is a mistake, unless you tell them. Well, mostly never. If it is a glaring thing, just try to make it look like part of the show. Nine times out of ten, they'll roll with it. As my son would have said in grade school, "feces occurs"...

Thanks for helping get me ready for my show tomorrow. I’ve only had like 15-20 shows so far and obviously I have a lottttttt to learn. In the very beginning I had no idea about set up other than just getting my supplies out… but there’s so much more nuance that makes the experience better for the people who are viewing..
    You’ve been incredddddibly helpful.
Thanks so much. Big love from Maine USA 🎨🖼️💚

I would suggest a friend or volunteer serve your drinks and restock the nibbles. As far as nibbles. Imo there are two food groups at a exibit. Salty and sweetie. And when you want to end the evening. Put the refreshments away. And if they want to enjoy more they can hang out at a local bar and grill. For an after party. If you can have friends help you clean the exhibition space of reception mess. If any. Have a good time., 💃🕺🎨

I know you’re going to be super busy, but could you possibly film during display set up and why you chose pieces for certain spots? Also, you didn’t mention additional lighting (other than glow in the dark stuff). Really want to hear how you’ll utilize lighting. Will Klee be performing her songs or will your music be playing during your show? I can’t wait to watch the live and see what you’ve done with your smorgasbord of creativity! Best of luck! 😁
