@@paulfournierphoto I live in in the US, in Maine. I spent 3 years in Japan in the mid-1990s, then visited briefly again in 2010 with my wife - nothing had changed. We are way overdue for another visit!

Great video. I love tokyo for its introverted nature. As a young man I enjoyed traveling solo and somehow the experience felt more intense and vivid, I guess, because all my senses were alert when you're by yourself. Now married I always travel with my husband. I love being in a couple, but sometimes I miss the "aliveness" of navigating solo. I imagine I would feel similarly if I was to come to Tokyo by myself.
Thank you!! Yes, 100% agree. Im glad I did experience it solo. Maybe in the future I will get to do it again by myself. Maybe you could too… it shouldn’t be so frowned upon to travel solo even if you are together with someone

Would love to come in spring and experience the cherry blossoms!! Hopefully when I come back with my wife It will be that time! I have been learning Japanese but as much as I love it I find it really hard! i hope to speak it fluently one day
