many people said u were slow here but I think it is absolutely worthy.for slow showing, it became helpful for many of us who r newcomers in this field. thank u so much.very nice working.keep it up.
Thank you for this video! I needed a refresher course, as it's been a while since I've created these roses. One difference I have incorporated, though, is to replace the hot glue with a needle and thread! I find advantages to it...I'm not as good as you are with the glue gun, so I was winding up with a "lump" around the middle that was unsightly. A single stitch takes up no room at all, making for a more rounded flower when I'm finished. I wish I had your ability to do a thin line of glue...but, then, I would probably burn my fingers until the flesh was gone, so I'm passing the needle and thread tip off for other people like me, who suffer from a severe case of uncoordination, LOL.
I watched a few videos before this and just couldn't get it bc they just went with it but you slow it down and break it down this was the most help from any I've watched so far! Thank you!
Made miniature versions to add to my sewing projects, they're beautiful! For sewing, no hot glue needed, just sew down that centerpiece at the beginning and across the bottom at the end.
Heya...🙋 I saw your video today... And I must tell you what an easy way to explain... I have made an attempt and made very much similar to yours. Thank you handi for such a easy tutorial
Hallo, thanks for sharing the making of this beautiful flower. I tried to make it for a weddingalbum and sure I did get a rose but far from the beauty of yours. It's much much harder then it looks on your video. Somehow mine was to tight. And also I did see the backside of the ribbon most of all. Do you start with the good/front side of the ribbon facing upwards or the backside? Also the hotglue went everywhere. Hope you can tell me what I did wrong and answer the question of how to put down the ribnon at the start and after that I will keep trying. Byebye
She starts with "back", or more ribbed, side of ribbon facing up. First glue goes on that with "front", or smooth, side of ribbon folding over and being carefully glued in place. Hope that helps you!
I’m sure it will! But I could imagine that it will make the flowers bigger, since velvet fabric is usually a bit thicker, so it’ll create more volume ☺️
Amazing u r God gift for me 👏👏👏💖😇

What measurement did you use for mini ones?
You can also just burn the bottom once they’re made, a precision tweezer would help.
