All these people who were trash talking about Turkey are very quiet right now :) (yeah, I’m looking at you toxic Brazilians). Congrats to Turkey. They showed that they are still a better team than Poland at the knockout phases. Now Italy and Serbia won’t be easy, but they have a chance. Even if they lose they have shown that they are still one of the best teams on this planet right now.

The match wasn't as tough as Turkey expected but I think the next game will be similar to a finale. I am thrilled not only Vargas brings extra power and energy to our team but also we can use our other players when we want to set a different game. Ebrar, Hande, and Zehra are great examples of that.

Despite the 3-0 score, this was a really, truly good match. Excellent volleyball for long stretches. Extremely close, with the lead between 1 and 4 points, at most, for either team ... until the middle of the 3rd set, when Turkey pulled away. STILL ... another 3-0 score in these quarterfinals. And was the outcome ever really in doubt? No, it wasn't. So ...
Let's stay positive, though. Because the biggest match of the tournament is right around the corner. Italy - Turkey in a clash of titans in the semifinals. This HAS to be great, it HAS to be dramatic. Right? It's destined to be both, isn't it? Can't wait to find out

It was interesting to win this match 3-0 for Turkey because team turkey was generally behind in game but they could win anyway. Seems like turkey plays better to past under pressure. They have vargas for those moments. She makes turkey the strongest team in the world.

Great comeback by the Turkish women volleyball team from their last match against Belgium. Nice to see that the winning mentality has really taken root. Congratulations on a quality match that we were looking forward to. I'm also glad we got Hande back in this tournament, whose performance I was skeptical about for a long time.

Turkiye was awesome as always, and Poland's bad passes didn't help them at all. They were leading by 3 or 4 in the first 2 sets and just threw it away because of bad receives. Probably has to do with Turkiye's impeccable serves as well.

I would've preferred that Poland defeated Serbia and got the better, easier path that Serbia is enjoying now because Poland has many good players, and they do not only score points with one single player, for example, Stysiak. Serbia, on the other hand, wins even the easiest matches, thanks to Boskovic. Guidetti doesn't seem to teach or instruct the team anything useful, as the outside hitters could not even play against Czechia. It would be really cool to see different teams winning medals this year, like Türkiye beating Italy and then Serbia (or the Netherlands??? Who knows..) and winning gold.
If that is true then why is Sweden not winning competitions?
Sweden has Haak, so why don't they win at least a bronze.
@@milostomic8539 Their setter is like someone you would pick up from the street, she is very very bad. Even if Maja is not in her best performance for years, she still can pass the ball to Boskovic, also because they're playing together in Eczacibasi for years. With another setter, Boskovic wouldn't be that effective. That doesn't mean that Maja is amazing, though, it's just that her main goal is to pass the ball correctly to Boskovic. Haak with a better setter could have done wonders.

I really hope Haak wins two Olympic medals, two World championship gold medals and two European championship gold medals with Sweden, just like Boskovic did with Serbian team.
@@milostomic8539 No, you got me wrong. Volleyball is a team sport, that's why I love it so much. Serbia is one of the best teams in the world and I rooted for Serbia last year in the finals of the World Championship. However, this year, both in the VNL and now in Eurovolley, they only win the matches thanks to Boskovic. Even with Czechia, the outside hitters (every one) were terrible. The problem is with Guidetti, he is not a good coach and cannot teach or instruct the team how to play with useful tactics. He will profit from the excellence of Boskovic and reach the finals without even doing any coaching. That's what I'm saying.

Voleybol takım oyunudur. Tek başına hiç bir oyuncu maç alamaz. Ama bir oyuncu var olan gücünüze güç katabilir. Vargas yokken finalleri oynayıp kıl payı kaybeden başarılı bir takımımız vardı zaten. Türkiye'nin başarısını tek bir oyuncuya mal edecekseniz Boskovic'siz bir Sırbistan'ın ve Egonu'suz İtalya'nın ya da İsabel Haak'lı İsveç'in durumunu da göz önünde bulundurun. Türkiye'nin başarısını küçümsemeyi bırakıp tebrik etmeyi öğrenin. Vargas Cuba asıllı bir Türk oyuncudur. Türkiye'de doğmamış olabilir ama onun yeteneğinin gelişmesinde Türkiye'nin rolünü yok sayamazsınız. Neredeyse hiç bir takım orijinal değilken kökeninde Türk düşmanlığı olan yorumlarınız sizi daha da küçültür. Bize laf söyleyen diğer takımların en azından Boskovic ya da Egonu olmadan ne kadar çaresiz olduklarını unutmamaları gerekir. İki takımda bu iki oyuncu olmadan vasat takımlar. Kısacası Türkiye zaten iyi bir takımdı Vargas'ın katkısıyla şampiyon bir takım oldu.

Stenzel'ı tebrik ediyorum sahanın her yanına uçtu resmen smaçörlerin defans açığını tek başına kapatmaya çalıştı fakat o da bir insan ve son set Vargas'ın Ebrar'ın güçlü hücumlarına sadece bakmakla yetindi.
Bunun haricinde tebrik ediyorum kızlarımızı. Ebrar bir smaçöre göre gayet iyi bir yüzdeyle oynadi. Hem takımı ateşledi hem savunmada hem de hücumda iyi bir iş çıkardı. Vargas zaten bir saatin sonunda uçuşa geçti ki zaten fark açıldı Polonya için çok geçti artık. Gizem'i de tebrik ediyorum pozitif manşet oranı Stenzel'ın iki katıydı sanırım yanlış duymadıysam ama Stenzel tek başına takımın defans ve manşet yükünü çekti, Gizem'in yanında Hande gibi turnuvanın en iyi manşet alan savunma yapan üçüncü oyuncusu vardı. Hande geri döndü ve çok iyi bir geri dönüş yaptı. Santarelli ona inandı, Cansu ona güvendi ve zor topları sayıya çevirmesi için şans verdi. Fark yaratan servislerimiz oldu turnuvada maç başına 2.8 ile en çok ace atan takımız. Bizi 2.5 ile Italya takip ediyor ama defans olarak takımca üst düzey bir performans sergiledik.
30 Ağustos Zafer Bayramı'nda çifte zafer çok güzel bir armağan ile günü taçlandırdık. Gurur, keyif, onur burada.. Başka yerde aramayın ❤
