I understand this is an older video. Not so much a glitch since in later versions of the game, you can't spell cancel until the spell you want to cancel with is at 999 uses (There's also other rules tied to this mechanic as well). Still cool of you to show it off. :)
Also works with any character that can cast magic (everyone except LLoyd).
Works even better if you can get the compound ex skill allowing to chain specials after 6 hit combos
