The "Milktooth" youtube channe has a "top 5 hall effect switches" for this year video from about 2 weeks ago. I did a bit of research before building my own HE board and went with the Wuque Studio Dashes - they feel and sound great, and little to no issues with accuracy of any of the switches except for maybe one if I'm remembering correctly. They're quite light in the press and bottom out, but that's going to come down to what type of game or activity you're going to use them. Not bad at all to type on either.
Hey, is it possible to ask if you have any knowledge regarding the madlion mad 60/68 HE? It's a sub-brand of ATK (which is known for VGN/VXE mice), and apparently it has 8khz at $50, so I wanted to check if it's real and is it a better buy than Raven 68

@ Oh! Okay! I’ve stepped away from keyboards about a year ago I wanna say? Magnetics were kinda new, wooting had come out with their 60%…I already had an steel series apex so I didn’t really care, but looking again, I’m seeing every company is doing it. I left when every one started doing screens after the first round of zoom 75. I got the ones I liked but then realized they were a bunch of rectangles and they started looking kind of the same (atleast the cheap ones) and the nice unique ones were completely over priced.
HE switches are pretty much all a little pingy, but they've gotten way better over the past year or two. I actually quite like the sound of some of them. A bit like knocking on bamboo.

Hey, currently the hm80 at my back and I have to say that the venom feels better to me. The hm80 has a noticeable better accuracy on the reset point and actuation point(they known to be the best in it, so for example in osu, it is easier to stream maps) however with venom, just feels everything is more consistent and fast either typing or playing, every key just actuates earlier before I wanted. So you have pretty much two choices: the bare minimum latency + highest key scanrate that is possible in a keyb you can get rn with almost a negligible amount of deadzone(venom60), or one of the most accurate hall effect implementation with some additional features(hm80)
@@Kokos_Gadgets Should I get wooting80he(plastic) or build venom60he(alu) because in term of price they are very similar or should I go for nuphy air75he its half the price of this two its really hard to decise 🥲
@@arttizkappa2588 get the venom if you want an exceptional performance, choose the wooting for the most advanced software and service support, and I would never buy the nuphy, low profile switches are not great for gaming
@@Limpcart It was not smooth enough especially on the spacebar. The press and release had a little bit of a "stuttery" feel I would say.
