This will be my 10th year making the entire Ramsey's Ultimate Christmas meal! My family is more excited about this food every year than Christmas gifts 😂 My mom has been doing it for 4 years. These recipes are absolute perfection. I love watching these videos while I prep! Merry Christmas and God Bless everyone🎄🙏
What a cool tradition. I love Christmas so much lol. I use to think "man I swear when I was younger you could literally FEEL it was Christmas time. Throughout the whole town. On the TV. Nothing like it. And then it slowly faded away where I didn't get that christmasy feeling anymore. And I always asked people if they felt the same and they said yes. And then I had kids (I'm 27 years old with a 3 year old) and I got the feeling back. I get so damn happy inside from Nov 1st till Jan 2nd lol. Nothing beats that feeling. Nothing.

Well since you been at it for so long I'll ask you. When you cooke the Sausage Stuffing he made and rolle dup in foil and stuck in the fridge, do you cook it in the foil or unwrap and put on a baking sheet?

My dad (a chef) involved my sister and I in his cooking since we could walk! This brings back so many memories, because this is literally my childhood!
I absolutely loved the meals being prepared. What I loved even more was The way Gordon's interactions and the inclusion of the kids in this video showed a more caring and loving person which I believe he is. Merry Christmas to you all.
All his kids hes taught to cook and expects them to cook at home but because life skill and nothing more

I’d love to have a Christmas with the Ramsay family.. I’d love to experience the food. I’m disabled and live with my parents and they don’t cook like this. I still love my parents to death and am so grateful for them, I just want to experience food like this… from a guy like Gordon who knows what they’re doing.

I'm starting to like making food more than eating it which is scary because I really do still like eating it. Cooking is stress relieving. Even if I did nothing right all day other than make a good dinner then I feel all was not lost. Merry Christmas btw.

I enjoyed this very much. As an OAP without anyone to cook for on this Christmas day, most of these dishes will remain as only a twinkle in my eye. Maybe someday. I have a sweet chestnut tree that produces prolific harvests. I need a good way to preserve some. I fill 1 or 2, five-gallon pails each year! Thank you for your great videos.

I wonder if fresh catfish or crappie could be used instead of salmon in the first recipe ? My wife goes fishing on the river we live next to early Christmas morning and we already have fresh eggs from her pet chickens .It couldn't get much fresher if a person tried .We are an older couple with no family near us so we usually go fishing on Christmas morning instead of celebrating with family .I do know the way he makes scrambled eggs is amazing .My wife changed to his method and I told her not to do them any other way from now on .She is already a world class southern cook to begin with so his lessons and her skills puts the food on another level entirely .If anyone is as much a perfectionist when it comes to great food as Gordon is it would be an old school southern grandma .I was kicked out of her kitchen years ago when I messed up her antique iron skillet .I am no cook heck I cannot even boil water without nearly burning the house down in the process .I have never understood how southern cooks do what they do .She can cook a five course meal for 100 people by herself and not break a sweat hardly .I would like to see Gordon and a kitchen full of these southern grandmas cooking together .It would be quite entertaining I am sure .Merry Christmas everyone .
The Salmon isn't raw, it's smoked, and cut into extremely thin slices. I've bought it this way from the grocery store several times. I'm sure any fish would work as long as it was smoked and not dried out, like some meats tend to do.
OMG the scrambled eggs, on top of smoked salmon, on croissant looks absolutely to die for! I am watching this on Nov 11th, and my senses have been driven completely to December 25th, the smells of incense at mass still running through my nose. Gonna try that in a six weeks!

Our favorite Brussell's sprout recipe is to roast halved sprouts, toast walnuts, and combine and coat with a generous pouring of pomegranate molasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. WOW!

Fresh Sage is not easy to find (where I live) what is the best leaf substitute or is it better to not use it at all and only season with dry sage? Happy New Year
