I first read this book at the age of 18 in 12th grade in Highschool. I really thought I could learn more about women and gain some tips from someone that was good enough, to have women sell their bodies for him and bring back ALL the money to him. It inspired me to want to be a male gold digger and finesse women out of money and material things. I had very little success with it and now that I've grown older and much wiser, I realize that things like this are really meaningless and a way to inflate my insecure ego. No disrespect to those in the game, but I realize true happiness is not in stroking ones vanity but spiritual growth and finding true love, and simply enjoying life for what it is, rather than impressing a bunch of people that don't even matter in the long run and wouldn't throw u a floatie to save ur life, if it wasn't for your wealth or fame.
Ask any corporate executive, and they will tell you this book is a book on corporate structure and management. This is one of those books that Executives read like The Prince by Machiavelli.
Is that right. I haven't read it in years, not saying your wrong. I'd love to hear how principles in the book are parallel to corporation structures and management. Like I said I haven't read the book in quite a few years need to read it again. I do realize the pimp game is similar to sales, marketing, and management, but at the same time, I don't remember the book really going to deep into how the game goes, and it really gave more of a story line without going into the how to's and how it works, DYI type of info.
And 48 laws of power by Robert Greene. I used to actually do stuff according to that book a lot, not really to screw people over, but build myself up. And it works like a charm, although I never really went too far with it and I am a by nature calmer, meeker person. Not sure how I'd classify the behavior now, but if someone just absorbs the book and thinks it's gospel, man those must be some seriously fucked up people.

@@reverendprosperous5146 Yep, I worked in finance for a couple of firms, and this book was just as popular as the Book of Five Rings and The Prince.
If they thought it was , it explains a lot about modern day capitalism
@@scottishbanjo Those who can do, those who can't complain about it.

The book is about pimping. Making an analogy is anyone's choice. But the book is about what he did to women on those streets.
DOOM FOX 1 OF MY FAVORITES. R.I.P ROBERT
Looking well
At least you learned a language used in the past and how did they think of it as development
On reflection it was probably more impactful than I thought
