Some spacey organs and keyboards would help (I’m not too sure ab what plugins the best ones are hard to find) but for effects you should use filters to make it more ig “underwater” kinda, plus bit crushing helps and then maybe some stereo shaping. I peep the death note pfp and name btw

If you use FL try fucking around with distortion filters/phasers/& reverb slightly in whatever plugin your most comfortable using
