Blooper - Can it do "normal" looping?

Everyone knows that Chase Bliss Audio's Blooper (the Bottomless Looper) is a creative pedal from the minds of Chase Bliss and Knobs, but can it do normal looping? And what does this Repeats knob about?

how much did all those patch leads cost?

Not sure as I bought a lot of them used over time or got them on full pedalboards I bought. I'd guess I have/had $400 in George L cables. Selling them pretty much all now and going to soldered cables which cost less overall and give a better final product just with more effort.
