    Thank you for this!!! I just followed along and strung the Pegasus armor mesh on a salty lax head.... no shooters and it's butter!!!! Can't wait for the local shop to get more in so I can do my other sticks.

    Great instructional video! Where did you get the vise from that holds the shaft, while stringing?

    NOOB here! How do you decide what side holes to skip on the head?

    • @fantumlacrosse7356

      I’ve strung this mesh a handful of times so I worked out a lot of the kinks before making this tutorial. There was plenty of initial trial and error

    Curious.... I have an old Brine The Edge head I used in H.S. way back when. How do you think an old 10 hole sidewall head would fair with armor mesh?

    can you string from the side or do you need to start in the middle?

    • @fantumlacrosse7356
      @fantumlacrosse7356  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You could start from a side of you prefer but I find it easier to start in the middle.

    Looks Amazing, but also fairly deep, is it a "legal" pocket? I never played, but trying to learn about Lacrosse for my son.

    • @fantumlacrosse7356
      @fantumlacrosse7356  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for the props!! And yes! This pocket is legal. Most any pocket can become illegal with pushing or pounding but can also move back to “legal” with a ball moving throughout the head.

    Great video, thank you! My son and I strung up our first Armor Mesh in a String King Mark 2A while following your video and it turned out great! Have you tried flipping the mesh upside down and stringing it that way too?

      About to string up my boys with armor mesh on the same head! Did you use all the side holes?

    • @kooabu
      @kooabu ปีที่แล้ว

      @BIG you kind of need to use all holes or else you'll lack depth in the pocket OR you skip a bunch of rows but I would advise against the latter

    • @tommyrobertson3556
      @tommyrobertson3556 ปีที่แล้ว

      I did and just so you know, it has a slippery release. it doesn’t effect much other than hold while in the pocket. would advise against, but others have complimented it so its really a preference!

    Which mesh would you recommend for D poles? Also with traditional mesh the top layer is doubled over. With this product do you know why it is not needed?

  • @ynvdrhnn8745

    how would you string the top string with something like a stx x20 as it has less holes

    • @fantumlacrosse7356
      @fantumlacrosse7356  ปีที่แล้ว

      I would definitely string a chenango top string in something as wide as an x20. Use only the two middle holes top center and then attach your corners a few holes down your sidewall.

      @@fantumlacrosse7356 thanks for responding. Yes I’m definitely interested in having you strong up a couple heads if you can replicate them so they’re both the same which I assume you can. Are shooting strings necessary or not? Lastly are you familiar with the type K pocket from Throne Lacrosse? How do I contact you? Thank you.
