People here complaining Firefly is locked behind HMC for true damage potential and Ruan Mei to prolong the break status. Yeah because that's her niche. Just like any other DPS. Acheron E0 literally needs 2 other nihility characters or her damage drops considerably. Ok so what now? Every dps needs at least 1 enabler. It's so pointless to even bring that out.
I feel bad for people who still think after today's v3 that she will beat Firefly,it must be hard being that dumb. Like I get it you hate a character,but hating a character and being dumb while doing it isn't the same thing.

She's mainly gimmped by being imaginary. The Imaginary break multiplier is low (lowest in the game. 4 times lower than phy and fire.) She either needs 100% superbreak multipliers in her own kit, 100% weakness ignore like with Ult (like Xueyi and Acheron) or Higher multipliers All over. (i'm not in favour of Implant, cause AoE implant would be broken.) Also parts of her Signiture lightcone need to be put into her base kit, That LC is broken but only on Rappa WTF Hoyo!?

Hope they give her personal break damage like FF, or weakness implant, or both. Without it she looks like average character with cool animations, but nothing more
She's below MID in my option, even in PF she doesn't go too well because she needs breaking enemies and the Super Break Supports/DPS are lot slower than Follow-up Eruditions
she does have her own superbreak like ff, but yeah no weakness implant ima be fr doesn't look like weakness implant would solve the issue, the enemies are mostly imaginary weak and yet this is her performance.
The only problem i see is her Ultimate is so back loaded she needed her own turn just to use up 3 stacks from just 1 Ult it's so inefficient you have to get your turn just to use 1 stack.
@@p3livenow652 Even in game strength Firefly will still be superior, Rappa has much lower damage ceiling compared to FF, Rappa is hitting 400k with 4 enemies on the screen, meanwhile FF can do that with only 2, Rappa's damage is more consistent for multiple targets, which makes her damage against 1/2/3 targets much lower compared to FF's, Rappa will not powercreep FF, stop doomposting, start doing research before you speak, just like how FF didn't powercreep Boothill, they just have wildly different applications and situation where they are useful
Honestly I know I'm crazy saying this and it's my unpopular opinion but himeko is literally better than FF here, easy breaks means easy fua, not to mention E0 FF is a chore because she constantly needs to use skill and break herself, himeko don't care who breaks and you can get away with not using her skill, and shared HP means her ult/fua damage is crazy, especially if you're using lingsha, which surely better than Gallagher here, just not good for SP hungry FF
