My man if your dream is to be an ump or a boundary ump (the guy who throws the ball in from out of bounds) hit up the USAFL. They are always looking for them. There are two LA teams and several California ones, they'll hook you up to have a go. Also react to the end of the 2018 grand final, another great game.

Watch whole grand final it has it all. So many stories father/sons. Darcy Moore was presented the cup by his father who played in 4 losing GF,s. Peter Daicos had his 2 sons playing in that game and Joe Danaher had his father and 3 uncles play AFL. No 10 Scott Pendlebury for the pies is 36 years old and has played 383 games going back to 2006 and in the last quarter gave a masterclass in footy. Steele Sidebottom 309 games going back to 2009 and nobody believed he could kick that final goal from 60 yards out in that heat 83 F at the end of the game. The highlight was at the 23 minute mark Cox to Nick Daicos (35 his fathers number), gathered by Pendlebury (10) who kicks forward ball punched by Brisbane and grabbed by Nick Daicos who handballs blind to DeGoey (2) who gathers in one hand turns and kicks true from 55 yards, note all three Collingwood players were in center bounce together. Football cannot get better than those last goals from Brisbane and Collingwood from the last 5 minutes. Umpire saying 6 6 6 means at a center ball up each team has to have 6 players in forward, center and back zones after ball is in in play anyone can be anywhere.

@@lukechapman5573Not right, the reason the commentator said that, is because they hadn't won in September since 1958. Collingwood won in 02,03,1910,1917,1919,1927,28,29,30,35,36,53,58,77,90,2010,2023. They are certainly not new to Grand Final wins. They have been Runner up's on 28 occasions. The most consistent team in the League.
@JaneDoe-se8ku if you're going to show up with your comments atleast read the comments properly. I just literally wrote that it was the first time since September 1958. Also if you're going to write the history get that right, they've lost 27 not 28 🤦
The man who has "been here many times before" is Joel Selwood, Geelong Cats great. Won 4 premierships from 6 grand finals (2007, 2009, 2011 and 2022), premiership captain 2022, Geelong games record holder, most games as captain, 6 time All-Australian and 3-time All Australian captain. He retired after Geelong won the premiership in 2022. A legend of the game :)
Hardly. 1989 Grand final. It was truly the stuff of legends. High scoring. Big hits. Bigger names. Players almost dying for the cause quite literally, as in being revived in the ambulance on the way to hospital. Players suffering serious injuries right from the opening bounce. Oh, and the man simply called "god" kicking a massive bag of goals. A super tight finish that was really seconds away from a reversal of the result. Otherwise, the greatest story arc, across more than one game, in AFL history was Sydney versus West Coast during the 2005 and 2006 season, including the 2005 and 2006 AFL grand finals. Not one game during that period was decided by even a goal. Game after game, not necessarily huge scores, but the kind of defence that every match was like WW I trenches warfare. One mistake, one dropped mark, one broken tackle, one stray kick after 2 hours of football would decide a match, and decided 2 seasons of 26 matches. Crazy intensity.

First September grand final win since 1958. Both the 2010 and 1990 games were played in October thanks to draws. I was at this game, the last five minutes I spent watching between the game and my phone with the time remaining on it, it was so anxiety causing it was ridiculous. As for the player numbers, after a while you start picking them up, also at the game you get a record which tells you the names that go to the numbers.
I was at that game. The video playback doesn’t do it justice as to how loud the stadium was. It was deafening. And it will be a memory I will never forget. Go the pies ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️

You misunderstood what he said Collingwood hadn't won a grand final in September since 1958. We won a Geand Final in 1990 and again in 2010 how ever those 2 grand finals were played in October due to a draw between Collingwood and West Coast Eagles in the quarter final and the game had to be played again the next week. In 2010 The Grand Final between Collingwood and the saints was a draw so it was played again the next week.
In the commentary Peter Moore is mentioned for kicking goals. The guy who has the blonde locks is his son Darcy Moore, but Darcy Moore is a defender. It was a good grand final but seen better ones. But ANZAC day match is awesome been Essendon vs Collingwood. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. Anzac Day falls on the 25th of April each year. The 25th of April was officially named Anzac Day in 1916. On the 25th of April 1915, Australian and New Zealand soldiers formed part of the allied expedition that set out to capture the Gallipoli peninsula. It is the day we respect all people who serve in our military.

Hi Bobby. 😀 That guy who you didn't know who he is, is Joel Selwood. He used to play for Geelong. He debuted for Geelong in 2007. Geelong won the Grand Final in 2007 for the first time in generations and it was a record margin in a grand final match. He retired after winning the 2022 grand final as Geelong's captain. He had three brothers who played in the AFL. He used to make funny videos with his girlfriend. This was the first grand final after his retirement and he could have been thinking about himself or he could have been caught up in the game. He didn't look too stressed. LOL So I guess that we will never know. 🤔😂 What was Joel Selwood thinking about at the 2023 AFL grand final? And what is his other brother's name? I think it is Troy. Troy Selwood, Adam Selwood, Scott Selwood and of course Joel. He played with Gary Ablett Jnr and Patrick Dangerfield. Gary Ablett Jnr and Patrick Dangerfield have been awarded the Brownlow medal which is like the league MVP award. But many people who are older will tell you that Gary Ablett Snr was better than all of these guys and I agree. But Geelong.... spoiler alert I will let you find out about what happened in the 1980s and 90s without spoiling. 👍 Even though I am giving you information about Geelong and I am going to be talking about how much Hawthorn and Carlton have achieved, I am myself a Collingwood fan. 🖤🤍🇦🇺
Live, Essendon vs Hawthon next Saturday 1:45pm Australian day light savings time ( 13:45 ) round one. The home and away season has already started. Enjoy.
Don't know who suggested this was a great or best match / game.......must have been a young Collingwood ( magpie ) supporter.....the older ones would know better. This was an ordinary grand final with skills reminiscent of a good quality reserve grade game. The 1989 Grand Final was as good as it gets...... a brutal game from start to finnish , with skills the modern players can only dream about. .. and a surprise tight finnish. Best to read up on Dermott Brereton before you watch the game..... then understand that in an earlier game, Dermott had taken out Geelong captain in a bad way.....Mark Yates had to have a testical removed but was back playing and in a Grand Final........ Geelong had a brilliant team but hadnt won The Cup for about 15 years. Hawthorn were playing in their 7th Grand Final in a row winning 3 of them including last years. Now you will understand the opening bounce and first 5 minutes.......a lot at stake and a very big grudge . The game stayed at this level for over 2 hours with both teams having at least 4 badly injured players on the ground, because their replacements were too banged up to return.
I had been to 5 Collingwood GF's before this one. My Record was 0-4-1. Nearly didn't go to this one due to my very poor record. Luckily my dad bought me a ticket. Went on my own and the rest is history. No need to go to another GF ever again. Love having NFL to watch during our off season.
Can you react to Carlton v Brisbane Opening Round this year, one of Carlton’s greatest comebacks of all time, one of my greatest moments as a Carlton fan.
Absolutely love this but I’m pretty sure this will be taken down pretty soon. The AFL are really strict with the re release of their content, even if it can be considered “transformative” like a reaction. That exact reason is why KSI’s AFL video got taken down. Hopefully this is allowed to stay up but I highly doubt it
3rd Flag since 1958 not the first It’s the first in September since 1958 16th overall Known for losing grand finals in heart breaking fashion This was certainly not the Collingwood way a close win

I can’t give a positive spin on this game, the over rated overdogs that get all the afl’s attention won, while the underdog Brisbane team that has been to hell and back and is flatly ignored by the afl is ignored as always. Collingwood is all we heard about last year and all we’ve heard about this year, they even made a doco on it. It shits me to tears but hopefully they lose in the game starting in 13 minutes. Probably a good vid though, keep up the good work (I can’t stand to watch this one)
Collingwood lost the first game of the season last night, to a middle ranked team from last year. It was a beautiful thing. Strangely enough the Lions also lost their first game, by a single point.
Middle ranked team? Gws made the prelim last year and lost to the pies by a point. They out played Collingwood in opening round but really it doesn't mean anything. Season starts this week
re your comment on the relative dangerousness of the two mascots. I think more Australians have been killed by magpies than lions in this country. Injured certainly!
That umpire that called advantage in the last minute 30 needs to lose his job. He cost Brisbane the entire grand final then what are ridiculous CALL players can’t even hear the siren when it goes off in front of 100,000 people. Nobody could hear advantage and what are ridiculous called to begin with to even say advantage.
What AFL match should I watch next? Thank you all for your support :)

What was Joel Selwood thinking about at the 2023 AFL grand final?
And what is his other brother's name?
I think it is Troy.
Troy Selwood, Adam Selwood, Scott Selwood and of course Joel.
He played with Gary Ablett Jnr and Patrick Dangerfield.
Gary Ablett Jnr and Patrick Dangerfield have been awarded the Brownlow medal which is like the league MVP award.
But many people who are older will tell you that Gary Ablett Snr was better than all of these guys and I agree. But Geelong.... spoiler alert
I will let you find out about what happened in the 1980s and 90s without spoiling. 👍
Even though I am giving you information about Geelong and I am going to be talking about how much Hawthorn and Carlton have achieved, I am myself a Collingwood fan.
YOU HAVE TO WATCH, CARLTON VS BRISBANE OPENING ROUND, IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST COMEBACKS EVER.
I was there front row go pies
For a game without my team in it and a Collingwood hater, sure was good.
love the moustache commentary
31:30 IT WASNT ADVANTAGE
Watched the match while I was in jail whole place was screaming was a very intense match
In jail
@@Gopies2 was in for 9 months from February to October so the whole season the whole 648 prisoners
Watch port Adelaide vs Geelong this Thursday, its finals time 🎉
Normally a full game would be too much! Hard to skip any quarter in this one though (maybe the third from a goals scored perspective)
React to carlton vs brisbane opening round of this year
"yeah we know that cox deep" WTF?
watch the whole game or at least highlights or extended highlights not just the last quarter
This is not reason Cox wears glasses. He almost lost his eyesight
Hopefully this is allowed to stay up but I highly doubt it
Are you scared of a magpie? You have no idea how terrifying these birds can be😂
3rd Flag since 1958 not the first
It’s the first in September since 1958
16th overall
Known for losing grand finals in heart breaking fashion
This was certainly not the Collingwood way a close win
Not the Collingwood way? They've been winning these close ones for 2 years 😂
If I was you, I would go for the western bulldogs
some lore is everyone hates collingwood except diehard collingwood supporters who cant hut up
I would want to see you do a full match. I would not mind if you were talking for more than two hours. 😂
There are many people who would watch it. 👍
@whatthe3131 I didn't say everyone.
You are only one person. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👋
Show me a whole entire game
5:43 footy players aren’t soccer players…..😉

They don't show the points in highlights, or much of the mad scramble which is 80% of the game.
Pies attacking Brisbanians both on and off the field

Aussies know the terror of magpies - lions are less likely to attack you in a suburban street...
UP THE PIESSSS
GO THE PIEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS BLACK AND WHITE YEAHHHHHHHHHH
Up the pies
@OmniSportInternational You said give you time and will be become smarter?
Smarter or more knowledgeable😊
I was there
I can’t give a positive spin on this game, the over rated overdogs that get all the afl’s attention won, while the underdog Brisbane team that has been to hell and back and is flatly ignored by the afl is ignored as always.
Collingwood is all we heard about last year and all we’ve heard about this year, they even made a doco on it.
It shits me to tears but hopefully they lose in the game starting in 13 minutes.
Probably a good vid though, keep up the good work (I can’t stand to watch this one)
When is your birthday? I'll buy you a salt shaker ya fairy toe tapping girls blouse.
u would b scared of a magpie
You should watch the highlights of the massive opening round game between Brisbane V Carlton
Have to recomend the 2005 Grand Final, followed by its equally good sequel, the 2006 grand final.
Port Adelaide 👍👍👍
Nah 2018 grand final better imo
Go the blues
I go for Port Power
31:30 that advantage call was horrible .. must haunt the Lions
