Very nice video. We will be buying tickets upon arrival (going to Colmar) as well, since it's not worth the risk to buy ahead of time. I assume there are many other kiosks in that area, just out of the shot that was shown?

Ive heard its better to prebook tickets well in advance but thats the same price as online. Im confused now! Its giving me around 20e a trip. Also, what happens if you select return? Can you get an open ended return?
