I am also a referee, from the US. My kit bag items are similar to you. Every referee I've worked with has something similar, everyone is different when it comes what to pack. What us your opinion on using a backpack instead of a duffel bag?

Thanks for your comment and question. Although back packs are convenient, I would strongly recommend a duffel as it presents a more professional look.

I use almost exactly the same things, except for an organizer and the RefSix app for match reports and match events. Would recommend those instead of Tupperware and paper.

Are you suggesting that you use the app on your phone DURING the game. I hope not. That is never a good look - especially for a young referee.

Has anyone used the Episoketren System to improve your soccer technique? Simply do a search engine search. On there you'll find an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can increase your soccer game. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.
