Excellent! I didn't know about putting nodes in the middle so they don't change size. Now, when you want to cut one or many shapes without leaving the shapes open, you must change the mode of the layer from "line" to "fill", then make the cut and finally change back to line mode.
I love this project. Saw the first video and was very sad I couldn't find the file when it was offered for n/c. Can I adjust slots and tabs in Corel 2024?

I will do this sometimes with a new file. I haven't used any Corel products since CorelDRAW in the 90's. Not familiar with any of Corel's capabilities.
Great video but I still can't get the resize slots in selection tool to work. when I pick Slot depth ,slot width, or tab height I never get the blue line with the arrows showing what direction will be adjusted. Is there a setting in lightburn I need to switch on for this to work.
Nope. I'm sure it is something VERY simple you are missing. But if you are doing EVERYTHING I demonstrated AND still not seeing the slots, there are a couple of reasons that could happen. Please send the specific file or the single piece in a design you are having trouble with. Last night I purchased your halloween lantern design, but after watching this video I still can't resize the tabs and slots. Any suggestions?
Glad we got the straightened out. So many people don't increase the tolerance in the resizing tool, it's not funny.

Could it be. Only just a suggestion are you uncoupling before going to the node application. Only a thought
