In my personal opinion Henry was not wrong attacking William. I mean who could blame him? If I saw the person who hurt my child in the past hurt them again, I would probably jump into immediate action and defend my child at all cost. I know you might be arguing that he wasn't really hurting her and it was a prank, but still. To Henrys point of view it looked like she was getting hurt.
