The companion song for this is Regulas- both composed by Kanghyung the guitarist- by the way he plays the guitar in Oneus’s Valkyrie rock version. In their busking days as Mas0094, Xion was their “manager”, they did not belong to any company at that time. Cya (Key ah) - recently jonghoon and co have started jokingly calling him Seeyah because, non Koreans tend to pronounce it that way. He is a musical prodigy, has produced and written many songs. He also has also has a sound cloud account where he collaborates a lot with Leedo,. Needless to say, even though people don’t tend to check out Onewe, they have probably heard them in other RBW productions: their instruments, background vocals or whistling. But they have a devoted core of followers who see their worth as actual musicians, doing what they love. They could have easily become another boy group, they can all dance, and Dongmyeong is really good, he got praised by Rain. With some vocal training Kanghyung and Harin, would be really good too. Both can sing in pitch. BTW Harin and Leedo are gym buddies.
There's now a third song in Kanghyun's Space series: AuRoRa. They haven't released it yet, but they did play it both nights of their twin concerts on Vlive+ in January.
One of the things I love about Onewe is that when they write a song, they don't just play it the same way over and over; many of their songs have _multiple_ versions, many of which they release. Take this song, for instance; these are, IIRC, _half_ the versions they released videos for. There's also a Halloween version ( th-cam.com/video/N2MlTC-XQd4/w-d-xo.html they didn't just dress up, they also rearranged the song for a creepier vibe), and the Hangawi (Chuseok) version ( th-cam.com/video/0DIERpQg-24/w-d-xo.html ), which is _similar_ to the acoustic version, but slightly less acoustic, they're dressed in hanbok, and playing a few different instruments, notably CyA's flute... On a similar note, I'd _really_ recommend a session of Q. The original version features Hwasa (who meshes with the boys _so_ well)... th-cam.com/video/I-gjCidEmnI/w-d-xo.html But, true to form, they didn't rest on their laurels; there's also an acoustic version: th-cam.com/video/-wlEPPt-guw/w-d-xo.html ...a live band version: th-cam.com/video/aH8EZYOUXtE/w-d-xo.html ...and the "I Don't Know" (모르겠다고) version... which they played using cheap _toy instruments!_ It has to be seen to be believed... th-cam.com/video/cKbEyhW7AIE/w-d-xo.html
Thank you for reacting to them again! Parting is written and composed by Kanghyun, the guitarist. It's based on his dream as a child about asteroids. It's written so well lyrically. There's two more versions of Parting on their official channel. One is the Hangawi version (acoustic fused with traditional Korean music) and the other is the Halloween ver (creepy version). I'd like to recommend "0&4" or "End of Spring" for your next Onewe reaction so you can see how good they are still with upbeat songs. Also, since you've mentioned you're interested in checking out more k-bands, I suggest starting with these three: Hoppipolla (you can check out their songs "Your Ocean" or "Enough"), Lucy ("Snooze" or "Flowering"), and Gift ("We Were Different" or "Confession")! There's a actually way way more k-bands out there that also deserve some love, I'll just recommend them next time. ^^
ONEWE has no bad songs. My recommendations are Q featuring Hwasa, AleXa & ONEWE's collab for Never Let You Go, and just any of their cover songs(Hip and Twit are my favs tho). These guys are ridiculously talented and I expect to see them in more of the credits of other RBW artists work as composers, songwriters, and musicians. 🥰 I also want to say that Aquarium, which is on the same album as A Book In Memory, deserves an MV because that song is amazing.
Yes, Parting is the best💛. I do like dongmyeong voice a lot. Yonghoon is amaizing too. I start to like Dongmyeong and ended like all of them. Next MV: Regulus, Q feat hwasa, End of spring , Ring on my ears, 0&4, Last song with ONEUS. Live : Crazy good (i'm live), Savage love cover (radio), Payphone covet (radio).
Yeeese thank you so much for checking out more ONEWE Parting skyrocketed to my favorite song of the year after it came out, what an absolute masterpiece
Thank you so much for the Onewe reaction, I love them so much. They are all so talented and amazing, I already bought several VOD concerts and I don't regret it, their solo stages, and their live performances are truly insane. I really like that you reacted to both the MV and the acoustic version, I hope you'll be able to keep doing that for future reactions when reacting to bands. I'd recommend Day6 as the next band, their discography is amazing too. There are several more bands, but I don't know them much, like The Rose, FTisland I think, etc. 🌸
Onewe has become my favorite group in K Pop. Full stop.

Actually ONEWE did have a relay dance video of the song End of Spring and they had lot of fun in that.😆
