I put sour cream and nutritional yeast on my baked potatoes. Nutritional yeast tastes great and adds so many hard to get B vitamins and so much more. It comes in flakes you just shake on. Many refer to it as vegan cheese. I use it a lot. You can get it at the grocery store, but I order mine online for better quality, same with my important spices, like turmeric and ginger. Adding spice to food really helps in more ways than flavor. I've been wanting you to eat better for some time. I'm glad you're focused on it. This will be fun.
Taco, there are machines that can pick up rocks and soil and then spin it all in a wire cage and it will collect rocks and let dirt pass through it. When full you drive the machine to a truck and dump and haul away just the rocks. Your left will just dirt on ground. It is pretty cool to watch it in action.

I make my taco potatoes using yellow potatoes. I bake the potato & then I put queso cheese (from the jar) on top & add salsa that has corn & beans in it. Then I add extra onions & sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Sometimes I also add parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. I use queso cheese from the jar because I can't get the block of queso to melt. The jars of queso are usually in the isle with the salsa. If I can't get the salsa with black beans & corn then I use frozen or canned. Also sometimes I add jalapenos. And sautéed hamburger or other meat can be added on top. I think I'll go make me one now.

Homemade won ton soup is easy to do with chicken broth (to save money use bullion cubes) , frizen won tons, and bok choy. Bag of frozen won tons may have easy recipie printed on its delicious!
Next time, chop and cook some bacon, onion and mushrooms. Then throw the beans into that and put it on your potato. It will add plenty of flavour. I like to put colslaw, sour cream and sweet chilli sauce on my hot potato. ❤🐨

Question, I have always wondered but never asked. When I view someone on you tube whether I follow them or not, I always mark the like or dislike ( if I do not like what I’ve read or definitely do not agree with what they have posted. I noticed that the number on likes, (I do not think dislikes ever shows a number) and the number of views vary considerably. Does this means that the majority of persons are counted when they view but are not counted as likes or dislikes. On this particular day there is a BIG difference. Just curious if this means nothing or a lot.
It goes by views but the likes also helps Taco out a lot. I always like since it helps him. I also watch the commercials I guess you’d call them because that helps also.

Even though its not meat, I use a lot of meat tenderizer to flavor meals, great on potatoes, it's just garlic and onion and salt. Give it a try, use sparingly.
