For ex:- an unemployed urban youth wants regular job better wages etc whereas a landless rular labours wants more days work better wages etc

Different people have different devlopement goals because of the difference in their situations and their needs.
Thus , they seek for different things.
Example -
Constructing a dam near a river might be a devlopemental goal for the industrialists , but it may disrupt the lives of the tribal communities residing there as they would've to be displaced from their native regions. Tribal groups may not like this and it might be destructive for them.
Therefore , it can be concluded that different people may have different developmental goals.

Question : Different people have different development goals . Justify .
Answer : "different people have different development goals" this statement means that each and evey person in the country are different , their situation are different , some are rich and some are poor . So , for example for a poor man or woman development goals are : 1. Good income 2.good education for their children etc and for rich development goals are : 1. More income 2. More luxurious life etc

• Per capita income though shows the average income of the country , but it hides the disparities.
• It doesn't clarifies the way income is distributed among the citizens and various sections of the society.
• It only takes in account the economical aspects , other social aspects are completely ignored which could've been proven favourable in the development of the nation.
