3:55 I've worked with these ice cream makers before and you're going to buy and keep on hand the mixes in a fridge. Make sure to wash it out each day after use. This is important so you only need to do the cleaning cycle once per week. if you do this it will work well for a few years.

What's funny is that ice cream machine can't even run off residential power, so Lud can't even use it without tripping a breaker. It uses 2200 watts and almost all residential outlets in the us only output a max of 1800 watts.
