THANK YOU SO MUCH, for uploading. I am a 16 year long kyokushin practitioner from home alone, and this gives me motivation that i am not alone!

James, why are you practicing Kuokushin alone? Can you please share your routines? Maybe, I can adopt them for my workout plan. Thank you sir!

Hey Judd! Is it time you pass your skills to your country men? And train a young fighter for your Country.

Looks like a very impressive style and I'm sure does well in tournaments but I'd love to see it tested in a MMA gym.
I love traditional martial arts but have yet to any of them fare well against mixed martial arts so I'm dying to see a style that can. MMA fighters train several styles and even the mix of only Muay Thai and BJJ seems to dominate any single style for several years now. Although it's possible I have only been seeing biased videos
There have been some guys with a karate base that did well in mma but they had to learn some wrestling, grappling and take down defense to be able to use their kicks so they were still technically MMA fighters

From that moment you are saying Karate is a need for MMA figthers. There would be not MMA without Karate. There would be not MMA without Muay Thai. There would be not MMA without Kickboxing or Boxing.
      Cheers

Search Andy Hug. One of the greatest karate fighters on K-1. When MMA almost didn't exist.

@@howardbeale211 No it's not. Muay Thai, american boxing, wrestling and BJJ or sambo is a must for MMA fighters not karate.
Also you mistook my point. I was saying a mix of different styles will beat the old traditional martial arts which most of their techniques only work if both fighters are using the same style.
Plus K1 mirrors kickboxing more than pure karate. Even sambo by itself can beat karate 9x out of ten but sambo mixed with Muay Thai kickboxing will beat it 10 out of ten. If they find the karate guy is better on the feet than them then they'll just take em down or wherever the karate guy is not as good as them

@@howardbeale211 Bruce Lee invented mixed martial arts cause he realized most of the king Fu techniques he grew up learning were more like dance moves in a actual fight with no or very few rules

Not a Karate style that you can practice into old age, in fact this kind of training hurts the body very very badly in the long run, hip replacements, knee surgeries, spinal trouble etc etc …

It is Kyokushin. Form is secondary here. Power and speed are primary. Shotokan disciplines will be dissatisfied for sure.
