We have the exact same issue. The problem is with the bearing/roller assembly. We were told this is not covered under warranty and it is a $1000 repair. I will be attempting to fix it myself.
I have the exact same problem. I tried lubrica ting with vaseline all around the door black rubber stripes and it worked for 1 or 2 days only 1 door. Then i didnt wanna reapply endlessly, there has to be another solution. Every time we open the door i have to come out and push the door to help it just before it latches. I do not want to take it to the dealership and pay a lot of money for this until i know what the problem is. A lot of ppl say is the black stripes around the door come loose and jams the door which is not the case. Please if you find the problem post it here. Thanks
Our 2017 Sedona is doing the exact same thing. Scouring TH-cam & finding no answers. I'm fairly certain the dealer knows. I'm just going to try lubricating everything & see if it fixes it.
Its the rear latch on the door. Its sticky and needs to be lubricated but most likely replaced
Place a washer under door latch. Unscrew a little to slide in a washer

I have the same problem in Australia. Dropped my car to dealer today. Hopefully they can find the problem and fix it.

It has a recall for the doors not locking
So what happens with that if there’s a recall do they fix it?
