She may have written the letter but can’t be cross examined. She might have written it out of spite. Just because she wrote it doesn’t mean it’s true 🤷‍♂️

That is what is so flawed in our CRIMINAL justice system. Every decision is up to the Masonic judge to decide what is "allowed" and what isn't "allowed." That is so wrong on all fronts. Bring back our Common Law courts and start following our Bill of Rights and this would never happen. ALL evidence gets presented.

They are wasting taxpayer money … anyone who knows anything about anti freeze poisoning knows darn well she would not use this as a method to kill herself and frame her husband out of spite ! It is a horrible .. horrible way to die! He is where he belongs ! Keep him there and throw away the key! My thoughts and prayers are with her family for having to endure this endless nightmare 🙏🙏

@@InLieuTube She said specifically who her killer would be, it was within a reasonable period of time before her death, the handwriting can be established as hers, it's addressed to the police...what more would the defense want to ask her? What she had for breakfast the day she wrote it?

The letter shouldnt be withheld. She knew he was a pos and she knew what he was capable of.

      @@InLieuTube what?
When I said “she new he was a pos and what he was capable of”, I was meaning she sensed she was in some kind of danger, that’s why she wrote the letter to for-worn, if and when something happened to her it was her spouse to go looking for!
Just because you google something doesn’t make it true, consider your sources. It’s been proven over decades that most murders are cause from people you know and are close to you. It’s rare they’re committed by strangers, like kidnappings.
I know all too well about domestic violence and the depravity that goes along with it as well as 💩lawyers who will do anything to get someone off.
Constitution … we only wish it worked that way other wise innocent people wouldn’t be sitting in prison right now all across the country. But hey the guilty need representation too.

Everyone is guaranteed under their fair trial rights to cross-examine any witnesses against them. Her letter was acting as her as a witness against him (as the prosecutor used it). Due to her being unable to attend, they should exclude it due to the inability to cross-examine

I think he is innocent but their toxic relationship made him guilty for some stupid evidences. She had paranoia and she knew that Mark loved another one. She decided to do again something hard against him like when she had sex in his bed with another man, only because Mark was working a lot but she didn't want to work, then someone needed to do. They needed to divorce in 1991 but...for stupid thinking they made their relationship a big fight. And both lost😢 and more their sons.😢.
