I collect lists of problems, then go back and come up with solutions in bulk and try to identify if there is a business opportunity from there. I've gone through many hundreds over the years but never felt I had something "good enough" to start... You sound so confident about these being "million dollar ideas". How do you come to that conclusion? Like how do you know which idea is worth your time and which one is a flop?
From $2K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

@@GregIsenbergin addition, if you don’t have any technical background whatsoever, how do you go about finding someone (with the right skills) to build it for you. Then once it’s built how do you maintain it so you aren’t tied to the one programmer forever?

Hey Greg! Thank you for sharing these great SaaS business ideas. Keep it going!! Also, one thing I wanted to add here, SaaS businesses can cost less to start in the beginning but as you scale it can get complicated to maintain reliable data in the cloud as you scale, so I think it is important to have an idea of how big you want to grow (customers and data space, tech and maintenance capabilities)at least a year in advance and build for that so it is not as challenging once you have grown. Data architects are useful on this matter and there is plenty of material out there to help address all the GROWING things that one needs to address when having a SaaS business
Love these Greg. What do you do when similar products have already been created, such as the legal jargon idea? Do you just give up on it or do you try and compete with the existing product? Thanks
Hey Greg! I just recently started following your story and I think you are criminally under-subbed. I noticed your growth strategy frequently starts with free tools to start the ACP funnel? I love that strategy, thanks so much for sharing!
Think you'd probably need a practising licence/indemnity insurance for the first one if you were charging for it. When you interpret legal clauses (and people rely on your interpretation) it becomes formal legal "advice" rather than mere abstract demystification. Good idea for anyone partnering with a law firm though/able to use their professional indemnity.
Love your videos Greg. Are you able to give us some insight into, once we have an idea...what do we actually do? where do we go to bring it to fruition? I feel like some of us may have a great idea, but are unsure of what the next steps are to make it happen. Are there any websites, platforms that can help streamline this process?
Such an inspiring podcast. I take pieces of advice here and there for my own ideas and projects. Best entrepreneurship podcast on YT. Thanks, Greg! Keep shining!
Great videos and great ideas!!!...especially that last one. Quick question, can any non-technical people do any of your ideas? If so, how? I have no coding or programming skills whatsoever.
Hey Greg, Your content is pure gold! The energy and passion you bring is infectious. You've got a real talent for connecting with your audience. I can see huge potential in your channel. Imagine taking your videos to the next level with professional editing that complements your amazing content. Just a thought! Would you be open to exploring that option?
Just got to your channel last week and I can’t stop watching your videos and getting inspired! A question, how would you actually start “developing/running” the micro-localization one. That’s the one that I liked the most for Spain, if you have any suggestions for Spain I’m here 😅
The AI Writing Coach sounds like a good idea. While listening to you talk about it, it reminded me of the Projects option in Claude 3.5, where you can attach the type of tone, style, etc. and ask it to review any content you post based on those guidelines. I still don't know the exact idea of combining the two, but maybe something along the lines of having to choose from a list of pre-existing personas or something.
I like the Garmarly for non native English speakers. I did some more research. There's a huge opportunity. Thanks for sharing these goldmines Greg. You're amazing!
Loved these free ideas! Learned alot. An idea popped up listening to idea one but slightly different but a terms simplifier for car parts. I am struggling currently deciphering the invoice with car parts, etc to see what the parts are and also one further would be to know if it is a 'good price' for parts or if it is a 'rip off' price. That's what I want to build. What tools do I use aside from GPT? AS in in conjunction with GPT-4. Thank you for your invaluable support and ocean of info!
Really great ideas. I actually just made a video about creating a Calorie tracking app where you can track calories just by posting a photo and let chatGPT Vision API scan the contents, calculate the individual and total calories and display to the user as well as the coach on the backend
Hey Greg, I'm working on this idea where boring repeating form filling work is done using a single click. I already see some waitlist and it's an easy 100k MRR business
micro localization ads/fb campaign generator, splitting ad groups over small locations with each specific ads (and multiple ads for rotation/elimination)
Always love your ideas @GregIsenberg but can see the costs and time involved, even just to test these concepts, could run into thousands of $s! I'm sure some of your subscribers have access to little or no capital. Could you please sip a bucketful of coffee one day and hatch some ideas for those of us with less money available for a startup? 😉Thank you.
@@NemoyRanhorn put together a small no code MVP and validate that someone will pay. It is probably more suited for people that deal with contracts a lot, so I wouldn't be the target demographic but I would use it periodically if I want to check terms and conditions or a contract.
@@Limitless_One The main drawback of the idea (for consumer contracts) is that it isn't very empowering for the user BEYOND their ability to assess how punitive a contractual clause is. For instance if it reveals a clause that prejudices you, you don't (typically) get to re-negotiate that clause. You just get to sit with the knowledge you're an NPC. Applications that don't offer a user much control (worse yet, expose their lack of control/leverage) aren't very appealing because they highlight the user's low status. While it could be useful in avoiding disastrous clauses, generally people don't want to be reminded of their low status. If you ran an apple product's terms of service through such an app for instance you'd probably still end up buying the product (because you wanted it) but you'd feel less good about the product as a result. To succeed, I suggest the idea needs refinement around ; 1. regulatory compliance (fact it's essentially legal advice and therefore a practice restricted to the legal profession), and 2. niche to a sector where the user is allowed to use the info to renegotiate better contractual terms, (thus elevating their status). On the other hand, when approached from a different angle it could be a useful pivot for established categories. It certainly brings a few to mind straight away.
Any idea why my comment was deleted? I put thought into the post so it offered constructive criticism/an opportunity to develop the idea in slightly different ways. Just as ideas evolve organically. What gives?!
