Whilst there is no legal requirement to report a crime, there is a moral duty on everyone of us to report to the police any crime or anything we suspect may be a crime.

For some reasons, a lot of ill-informed people want Mr Ben to be the fall guy in this Andrew’s case. He single handed threw more valid light in this case. Harrison also voluntarily dedicated himself to a selfless service. Most of the attacks and the following emotional responses are unnecessary. We should see this as an opportunity to learn and be more informed against such an ill-fated situation in the future.

Again Mr Ben is deflecting. Now a question comes to mind as one listens to Mr Ben, if this occurred in the UK or US, would he not go to jail for holding crucial information from the authorities? Consider section 44 of the Serious Crime Act or section 44 (1), (UK Law), of the Magistrates Courts Act 1980, (UK Law), aiding and abetting a criminal. He held onto several pieces of evidence of the serious crimes of his friend.
This has nothing to do with defamation of character in a case where video and text evidence were within his jurisdiction. Mr. Ben's defensive and aggressive responses that do not reflect direct answers to the questions asked are very alarming. The constant deflection and digressing to point fingers at other aspects of the case is even more frightening. One can easily wonder, is this the case of a man who fails to grasp an understanding of the seriousness and implications of his involvement or the magnitude of this case?
Or is it a case of, "a greater serial Killer" than the late Mr Andrew is staring at us. I am completely flabbergasted by his lack of empathy and repentance for the atrocities of the disease and that if he had spoken up earlier some of the victims would be alive. Mr. Ben does not believe they are alive this is yet another avoidance technique. Mr Ben seems to be really implicating himself without realizing it, seeking legal advice at this stage is necessary, if he is innocent, maybe not by withholding crucial information. Hmmm.
Why is Mr Ben bringing in Mr Harrison's non-disclosure of evidence found? From an investigative procedure and proper techniques, not every information should be disclosed to the public till it is deemed fit and acceptable to do so, for instance, it would not hinder the investigative process, right?
For a man who has lived in the UK for as long as he claims to, one is amazed at his mannerisms, aggression, refusal to give direct answers, and feigning offense to fob off the people asking. It would be nice for Daddy Freeze to rewatch these interviews and he would be amazed at what he would find, especially in terms of moderating this man's interview.
So, he understands the mind of a psychopath, and part of that knowledge did not in any way cite reporting to the appropriate authorities, (see definitions of a psychopath or sociopath) as it baffles the mind how one could receive such explicit contents and not feel rebuffed by them. It may be easily assumed that this man may be worse than the very predator himself (Innocent until proven guilty).
He should be very careful about making assumptions about the British police not arresting him or taking this seriously, the British police could take 5 years to accrue sufficient evidence and when they bite be sure, it will sink. This question also begs to be asked; can a very emotional person be so tolerant of such an atrocity?
