my phone back in 2022 kept on lagging so i decided to restart it using settings but settings have so many steps. instead, i looked for an easier option and got to yt and stumbled on this tutorial which totally works. today, I'm going to use this video again because of this phone that's always lagging:)

Guys trust me I found a solution for this reboot problem
Problem - Tried to reboot, pressed on reboot system and again same pop up of reboot, wipe & MI assistance.
Solution - don't try to wipe or go for mi pc suite instantly, try rebooting normally by pressing on reboot to system if it doesn't work follow
1- start the reboot to system & immediately Press vol up + down + power button.
2 - keeping pressing it for 15 sec till then mobile will restart on its own.
3 - backup all your imp data once your mobile has started cuz you never know mobile shows up this shitty problem.
