Just Beautiful!! Although I love watercolor, colored pencils pasteks and inks there is NOTHING that captures a sky like pastels. A+++

I still watch your videos, as oft as I can; they inspire me to paint each day, and to enjoy the process! I am ever so grateful that you have shared your talent and skill with all of us! You caused me to fall in love with pastels, and the freedom and joy they entail....I love your work and am producing my own works! Thanks! Marlene

Hi Cath, you know that the two most important things in pastel are No1 the type of Paper, and no2 the quality of Pastel . Unison are by far one of the best, and for the money for hand made, pure rolled pigment are extremely good value, perfect consistancy... Canson Mi teintes paper Amazing... the two were bron to be together,, you can always visit one of my workshops,,, I have one in Chester. North Wales once a month.. best regards Les...

I've been watching a lot of pastel tutorials, but none of them make their work look like 'art' like you do.

watching someone smear chalk on something and control it still blows my mind. If i did it... it'd be a huge mess.

Do you constantly wipe your hands with a damp cloth? Or do you do the whole drawing with smudgy paws? Ha Ha! The reason I ask is that you are traveling at Light Speed, and by time you start the next phase of color application, I'm just not sure what is going on with the Paws!
