English is Ten's 2nd language and he wanted it in English much like his other solo projects because English is a more widely spoken language that can reach more fans. He said something to that effect.

hi, all of his songs are english because he grew up bilingual (thai & english) and english is the language he’s most comfortable in. Also he explained that english is the language that reaches all of his fan’s demographics (thailand, korea, china, japan, usa, etc) the best.
here’s the order of his languages:
first - thai
second - english
third - korean
fourth - mandarin
fifth - japanese (still learning)

I'm so here for the rant in the beginning, lol. The culture surrounding kpop can really be a turn off sometimes and make you not want to get involved, and that's just as a bystander/consumer; reactors (and idols) have it even worse.

I don't think everyone thinks that you don't f with Ten. Well I'll explain it for myself I've seen alot of people I like react to it and people I don't know. But there's just some reactors we really really wanna see react to certain artists because we genuinely love their reactions and you are one of those people. That being said I love you because you are real about how people come at you sometimes which automatically tells me that you're not a clout chaser.

In his solo debute album (All in English) , TEN want to explore wide ranges of music genres, so he and team come up with 10 personalities concept via various songs which prove his versatility. The performance film : features 2 songs Water on Latin pop (he was so fluid flirty 😊☺️) , Dangerous like 90 Michael Jackson like styles (He was so sexy, on fire). On the others hand "Lie with you" was more retro pop which he was so cute, boyfriend vibe😊)

I don't even know why they kept asking since you didn't even have NCT/WayV playlist and you reacted to Taeyong first although his song released 13 days after Ten. I feel like most ppl have their own priority, maybe not in your case. Therefore I'd not and will never ask in this case. Don't even know why fans care so much for some reactors who we don't know they are real fan or they just do it for the sake of doing, you know what i mean.
Most audience in each video are fans of that specific artist anw. Like why you even need approval that they like fave or not when they already showed lack of interest in the first place. Weird
