    I used to live in a mobile home in the 90's just across from Scott park campus community college, it's on nebraska. The place was peaceful but certainly not the best mobile home park. Not too far from it was Scott Park Automotive where i took my cars for repair, i got along very well with the owner. Down the road was a small bar called Buster's if i can remember correctly. I am an asean, i loved the foods at this chinese restaurant called Flower Drum, it's on Byrne road not too far from reynolds. Maybe some of these places I mentioned no longer exist. Purchased my one way ticket home back in 98.All the best to you.

    Grew up in the Toledo area. My dad taught music in Toledo he was a traveling music teacher. I love the city but I would never move back. The weather sucks year-round. Yes they have a great museum it's okay yes they have a great Symphony, my dad played in it, yes they have a nice zoo. It has deteriorated somewhat.. that's about it though. There's not much else to do in the city. The worst thing is the weather though. Cloudy gloomy rainy snowy 75% of the year.. no thanks. There's a reason that it's cheap to live there. No one wants to live there.

    Heres what i care about: can i find work? Is crime low? Is there bureaucracy in the way of running a small business? Is weed and kratom legal? Whats the median income? Demographics? Left or right? Average cost of rent or a home? Traffic? Stuff that affects survival. Its not luxury time so the zoo isnt an attraction for me. Its cool though.

    • @SamOhler
      @SamOhler  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you will have a solid chance at finding work but that will be on a case by case scenario. You’ve got everything from blue collar work to engineering and medical. So there’s a lot of opportunity around. I think small business will have a good chance if you offer a good product. People will come naturally is that is the case. Weed is not legal but just over the border into Michigan, it is. It’s going to be more left wing leaning
