Breathy whispers are certainly your best sounds. But tbh I don't like countdowns in ASMR. They keep brain awake, so it's harder to fall asleep. Especially for me, a man who works with numbers. I suppose unintelligible whispers to be perfect, as they don't contain any logic and let the brain relax fully
