Like how genuine Trista was in this interview. Thank goodness she said "We know we are not perfect...Yes we have had our bad days." If Trista had been all roses and sunshine about their relationship, their experience would not be relatable. Relationships are works in progress with both the wonderful moments and the rough times. So glad they survived their rough patch. Wishing Ryan continued healing.

As someone who has multiple chronic Illnesses and undiagnosed autoimmune disorders, I am so happy that he is spreading about this publicly. I completely agree that as patients dealing with chronic illnesses and autoimmune disorders we feel very alone and very invisible in front of doctors who just don’t want to or are too lazy to research, look beyond the obvious, and actually do their jobs. There are very good doctors out there, I have fallen on some, but in general most doctors will just brush you off. I am so glad he is feeling better and that he got the proper diagnosis. Most people don’t understand that it takes a village. It is enough that you have one doctor that won’t run tests and that can delay you from receiving a diagnosis for month or in many cases for years. We need more physicians out there world wide that will do the work and actually care to research on autoimmune disorders, chronic illnesses, and rare diseases so we the patients don’t have to wait years upon years for proper treatment. So we the patients don’t have to be afraid to go to doctors because they won’t believe us or won’t treat us, or even worse make us feel like it is all in our head.

Thank you for bringing awareness to Lyme disease👌🏼 I tested positive for Lyme and my doctor was upset with his PA for testing me for it, then proceeded to dismiss the positive test and tell me Lyme doesn’t exist. It’s difficult to find proper treatment and took me several years to finally feel functional again

Our nephew has been suffering with it for 15 years. He has no luck with doctors here where we live. His family Dr told them he just needed a psychiatrist. The physicians in our country say it doesn't exist here. Apparently the ticks know not to cross our borders. His poor body has sustained so much damage from it, not to mention the financial issues it has caused his family. We are all still hoping that someone can help him.

So difficult to find the right team of doctors & correct path for treatment. I suffered for almost 2 years without being properly diagnosed after constantly complaining about extreme fatigue for no apparent reason. Only after my knees blew up like a balloon overnight was I then tested for Lyme (after I asked to be tested). Now I suffer with ongoing neurological Lyme for the rest of my life. Better days ahead.

Beautiful family and as someone who has had experience with similar diagnosis mainstream medicine does not really know how to handle lime or the parasites that are involved with it. I agree completely on finding the right doctor. I blame my initial doctor for not sending me to the right place. It took three weeks to finally diagnose me with an auto immune disease, Guillain Barre Syndrome. My doctor had me going everywhere but a neurologist. By that time, I could barely walk. My neurologist immediately put me in the hospital. Spent six months in a nursing home and still can’t walk on my own after almost 15 years. Hope you get your strength back soon!

I am acquainted with a person treated for lyme disease with hyperthermia where the high temperature pops the hard lyme shell that incapsulates the body's cells, then antibiotics are given intervenisely. This was done at Sanoviv which was founded by an American doctor. Many patients go there as a last resort after years of conventional medicine diagnosis and treatment failures are exhausted.
