You should try and do the challenge where you have to go as high as you can in a helicopter and then jump out and try get as close to the ground as possible until you use your parachute :D

Easiest way to get a jet from the base is either call lester for cops to turn a blind eye or wait until an event begins and then you won't have any tanks or soldiers (People trying to kill you)
